Knowing all things thoroughly. "All perfections" refers to the ten bhumis. "Accomplishment" means understanding. "The bhumis" refers to the stages from the first to the eleventh bhumi. "All" refers to the stages of the Shravakas and Pratyekabuddhas. "Endowed with ornaments" means that all these are endowed with the Wisdom Bodhisattva. "Perfectly pure" refers to the ultimate truth. "Selfless Dharma" means being free from the self of the person and the self of phenomena. "True wisdom" is the wisdom of the Dharmadhatu. "Good Moonlight" is the Sambhogakaya. "Great diligence" means possessing diligence, which is the Nirmanakaya. Illusion is emptiness. Transformation is appearing in various forms. The net is the meaning of non-duality. "Of all the Tantras" refers to the two: the Tantra of words, the Tantra of meaning, the Tantra of both, the Tantra of Yoga, and the Tantra of Anuttarayoga. Since the root of all these is the Tantra, it is called "Supreme Lord of all the Tantras." The Tantra of meaning has six aspects: the nature of the Tantra, the definition, the classification, the characteristics, the names, and the activities. The one who has mastered all these is the Wisdom Bodhisattva, called "Supreme Lord." "Vajra Seat" refers to showing the ritual of generating the deity's seat with its limbs, Vajra being emptiness. "Completely endowed" means being endowed with the seats of lotus, sun, and moon. "Completely holding all Wisdom Bodies" refers to the five Wisdoms, and "the Bodies" refers to the five families. "All supreme" means together with the retinue. Thus, through the five families together with the retinue, this Wisdom Bodhisattva benefits beings, which is the concluding statement. Now, it will be shown how to benefit beings through the Bodhisattvas of the ten bhumis, such as Samantabhadra and Suvikrantavikrami, as well as Manjushri and Ksitigarbha holding beings, and also benefiting beings in the form of Avalokiteshvara. The essence of all Buddhas is the five Wisdoms inseparable, which is the Wisdom of the Dharmadhatu. "Great" means unparalleled. Such wisdom holds various wheels of emanation, which is gathering the gods.
