And the mastery of wisdom, and being endowed with the ten powers, unblemished by faults. Now, praise will be offered from the perspective of the three bodies. First, praise will be offered from the perspective of the Dharmakaya: 'Without beginning' means that the cause is emptiness. 'Self without elaboration' means being free from faults. 'Suchness itself, the pure self,' means emptiness of its own nature. 'Speaking truthfully' refers to the Sambhogakaya, and speaking truthfully is the Mahayana. 'Words do not change' means the meaning of being truly infallible. 'Acting according to what is said' refers to the perfect retinue, the Bodhisattvas of the ten bhumis. 'Non-duality' means that the ultimate truth and the conventional truth are indivisible. Having understood this, they also show non-duality to beings. 'Abiding in the true limit' is a statement showing the view of this tantra, the true limit is the meaning being completely non-inverted. Its knowledge does not abide in objects, does not abide in the objects of all tantras and treatises, and is beyond mind. 'Possessing the roar of the lion of selflessness' refers to the Nirmanakaya, the sound of the selflessness of person and the selflessness of phenomena, like a lion. For example, the lion, the king of beasts, merely by making a sound, can overwhelm and terrify all deer. Similarly, the sound of selflessness of the wisdom Bodhisattva terrifies the heretics who are like bad deer. 'Going everywhere' means going to all directions and times. 'Meaningful' means going for the benefit of beings. 'Power' means accomplishing activities with the ten powers. 'As swift as the Tathagata's mind' means being swift for the benefit of beings. 'Victor' refers to the Shravakas. 'Supreme victor' refers to the Bodhisattvas. 'Victorious over enemies' means the exhaustion of all obscurations, that is, the Buddha. Thus, the Nirmanakaya accomplishes the benefit of beings in the manner of a Chakravartin king. 'Great power' is a concluding word for accomplishing the benefit of beings in various ways. 'Assembly' refers to the Shravakas. 'Teacher' refers to the Nirmanakaya, that is, Shakyamuni Buddha.
