It is a word of action. The speaker means to understand all the perfections without distinction. The method means to explain the going into the ten perfections. The protector is the wisdom being. The lord of the ten grounds means to have obtained power over the ten grounds. The dweller means to dwell on the tenth ground and do what is beneficial. The ten knowledges are knowing the Dharma, knowing the subsequent realization, knowing the minds of others, knowing the conventional, knowing suffering, knowing the origin, knowing cessation, knowing the path, knowing exhaustion, and knowing non-arising. Pure means knowing that the ten knowledges of the Hearers are without inherent existence. Possessing self means the wisdom being. The ten aspects are holding to one, holding to cause, holding to food, holding to the agent, holding to independence, holding to permanence, holding to all afflictions, holding to purification, holding to the yogi, and holding to the unliberated as liberated. The meaning of the ten meanings is that the wisdom being also understands the ten meanings of the heretics. The powerful one is the lord of the powerful, the one who overcomes the four maras. The ten powers are the power of knowing what is and is not, the power of knowing various inclinations, the power of knowing meditation and samadhi, the power of knowing liberation and absorption, the power of knowing all afflictions and purification, the power of knowing actions and the ripening of actions, the power of knowing the path to all places, the power of remembering past lives, the power of knowing death and birth, and the power of knowing the exhaustion of defilements. Thus, by doing the benefit of beings with the ten powers, it is the lord of pervasiveness. The meaning of all is Do without remainder. It is said. If it is said, "Is it not tainted by faults to do the benefit of beings?" It is said, "The great one with the ten powers." The ten powers are power over life, power over action, power over resources, power over intention, power over aspiration, power over miracles, power over birth, power over Dharma, and power over mind.
