All the Buddhas and so on, by the blessings of the master, enter into the lineage of glorious Vajrapani and the wrathful deities of the families. With what wisdom can I accomplish the siddhi of glorious Vajrapani and the wrathful deities of the families? Needless to say, other siddhis. Such wisdom should be generated. Do not speak to those who have not seen the secret mandala and those who do not have faith. Say "You have broken your vows" and place the vajra in the disciple's heart. Glorious Vajrapani, now you have, truly entered the heart. If this is spoken, then immediately burst and die. Then, the oath water is poured: in a skull cup, put urine, add nectar, recite three syllables, and say this recitation: "This is your hell water, if you break the vows it will burn, if you keep the vows it will be accomplished, with this vajra nectar water it will be accomplished."
