Having observed, practice the yoga of the mandala as before. First, offer excellent worship to Bhagavan Yamantaka as before. Then, also give good tormas to poisons, matris, and flesh-eating mothers, making them happy. Then, in front of oneself, place mustard seeds and *skye tshe* (a type of poisonous grass) in a human skull. Being wrathful, endowed with the yoga of the deity, recite the root secret mantra and scatter the mustard seeds, which have been recited over, onto all those substances. Then, after the root secret mantra, recite the essence of the support of all poisons, the letter 'Ru' (藏文：རུ་，梵文天城体：रु，梵文罗马拟音：ru，汉语字面意思：汝), and the essence letter of the poison itself, the letter 'Kha' (藏文：ཁ་，梵文天城体：ख，梵文罗马拟音：kha，汉语字面意思：卡), and the mantras of the names of the poisons individually. Combine them with the essence of injecting poison, bless the mustard seeds, and scatter them onto all those substances. Then, also subdue and recite the mantras of the matris and flesh-eating mothers with the root secret mantra, and then scatter them. Furthermore, into a vessel of blood, pour mustard seeds that have been recited over with the essence of the matris subdued by the root mantra. The essence of the flesh-eating mothers, subdued by the root mantra, should be blessed onto the arrows. For the mustard seeds and torma, recite only the root secret mantra. For the poison, recite it pervading all substances. Having done as before, place it on the platform, and do your best to make the bending posture. Then take the arrows and smear your hands with blood again. Recite the secret mantra of Phramenma. Show the posture of running in four directions, and shoot arrows at the image from the four directions. Then gather those arrows and the image, grind the image into powder, and pour it into the blood and torma. Pull out those arrowheads and place them on the mouths of the Ai (seed syllable E). The arrows should be placed separately, and they should be wiped clean and used again later. Then take those substances and carry them to the place of the one to be subdued, or in that direction. First, put the mustard seeds into the wheel made of the hair of a corpse, recite the secret mantra of the wrathful deity, and throw it. Visualize that a vajra of sky iron, like a burning one, descends to the place of the one to be subdued, and together with the place, it is crushed and burned like dust. Then, throw the Ai (seed syllable E) letter arrowheads with poison using the wheel, and recite the secret mantra of poison and the secret mantra of Phramenma as before. Visualize that they are struck by poison, and the Phramenmas also run after them and go away. Then, on the blood ground, recite the mantra of poison and the mantra of Mamo as before, and visualize throwing with a human skull. Visualize that the Samamamos, with various poisons, follow the trail of blood, carrying various diseases, riding on their respective mounts, and running away. Then, visualize that the torma, when thrown, spreads like a mist in all directions, becoming extremely bad, and impossible to restore. For such an action, the field protectors and road guardians residing in those directions, as well as the non-humans who suddenly wander, will also be displeased, so they should be well warned before throwing. The remaining substances such as mustard seeds on the mandala are inauspicious if left on the body, so they should be well cleaned up and poured into the blood and torma from the beginning. For the ground, also recite the heart essence of Buddhalocana and wash it with water mixed with milk.
