Vajra hair and eyebrows, Vajra hair and limbs, Vajra itself with hands and fingernails, All are extremely terrifying forms. Yakshas, Rakshasas, Yamarajas, Holding their forms and nature. Likewise, elementals, corpses, and so on, Male and female forms, Some are wild beasts and other wrathful forms, Some are in the form of fierce animals, Holding clubs, swords in their hands, Tridents, spears, and enemy arrows. Some hold iron hooks and lassos, Likewise, they also hold iron chains and mouths. Human heads, wet and dry, Drinking from skulls filled with blood. Pegs, short spears, and spears, Holding various kinds of knives. Some teeth and mouths, Are also extremely blazing weapons. Some have the heat of meteoric iron, Likewise, of wind, bile, and phlegm, With heat and odor, Extremely blazing and unpleasant. Some ride lions and pig-lions, Riding on the ground and moving in the sky. Likewise, tigers and buffaloes, Bears, brown bears, and wildcats ride. Some ride on old women and donkeys, Riding and circling the world. Some Riding on corpses and stones, Displaying various kinds of transformations. These are the actions of Manjushri's wrathful deity, Listening to orders and serving as messengers, As urged by the yogis of Manjushri, According to their respective vows. Destroying malice and suppressing, etc., Expelling, separating, and tormenting, etc., After urging according to the vows, They act as they wish. Here belongs to the method ritual called "Urging the Vajra Messenger Servants." By the command and vow wheel of the Samadhi of Manjushri Wisdom Bodhisattva, rotating and urging, all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas of the ten directions are also urged to keep their vows, and are encouraged to approach the deeds of the Buddhas, and those who rejoice in the Buddha's teachings and uphold the vows are also encouraged. For the yoga practitioner of intonation, one should accomplish the friend of vows. For those beings who do not possess vows, they should also be subdued by the wheel of command, so that they do not create obstacles for the practitioner and accomplish the friend of deeds. Especially for the Vajradhara retinue who uphold the Buddha's command, they subdue the wicked with wrathful bodies, causing them to blaze fiercely, becoming an inconceivable great assembly. In order to turn the wheel of the vow command and accomplish fierce deeds, one should practice this ritual of the wheel of the vow command. First, as before, practice the wheel of the Vajra Mandala. Slightly different is that in the Vajra directions of the Dharma origin, one should visualize that all the Buddha lands of other directions are integrated into it. In its vase, visualize the Vajra Mandala as mentioned before, within the stupa mudra in which this Buddha land is integrated.
