Speak! By uniting myself with body, speech, and mind, may all Buddhas hear me. I am the wisdom body of all Buddhas residing in the three times. Again, I am the Buddha, residing in the mind. In the immeasurable realms of the eastern world, the body of the assembly of all Buddhas, Vairocana of the Vajra Great Realm. Among the retinue residing there, are hundreds of thousands of millions of Bodhisattvas. Running before them are five hundred Vajra Holders. I beseech the victorious ones with their retinues to hear me. Those who attend to him, gods and sages, Yama, Rakshasas, Nagas, and Vidyadharas, Yakshas, spirits, and so forth, all spirits residing on earth and in the sky, please listen to me. I am the glorious sword-bearer, wielding the wheel of command. With this wheel of the Samaya sword, whoever does not act according to the command, and likewise does not abide by the Samaya, even the Buddhas born from body and speech, will surely be destroyed. oṃ sarva tathāgata ājñāpayati svāhā. At the moment of such urging, all the victorious ones with their sons, and likewise the worldly ones, all those who possess the Samaya, whatever the essence of their Samaya is, having arisen from their own hearts, will merge into the root mantra. When they have become light, they become the wheel of the Samaya command. The wheel of the blazing sword, with thirty-two points, those who are endowed with the root mantra, are extremely wrathful and not benevolent, with a loud voice and destructive power, in the sky above each of them, it revolves unpleasantly. Even the sky is compressed, and the earth is shaken everywhere. Even the Buddha-fields are shaken, emitting sounds and words. I am the wheel of Samaya, with the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, and likewise with the Vajra Holders, of the world with the gods, I am the wheel of Samaya, all the Buddha's sons, please descend by the power of Samaya. According to the command of the peaceful Vajra, please accomplish the deeds of the Buddhas. The worldly ones with the gods, all those who possess the Samaya, please also descend by the power of Samaya. Like the Samaya of Manjushri Kumara, please accomplish the deeds of the Buddhas. Who

不在山上的， 所有众生都听我说。 文殊童子的誓言双， 没有按照善逝的教诲做， 没有好好地守护誓言， 我就是誓言之轮， 无比猛烈的金刚铁， 现在就要降临。 摧毁成灰烬之后， 也无法复原了。 誓言之轮如此吩咐， 东方无量世界的诸佛与菩萨眷属， 以及天人等世界， 所有具誓言和不具誓言者， 都聚集于此， 所有佛与菩萨眷属， 身语金刚安住于此。 之后文殊忿怒尊也， 成为文殊的猛烈忿怒尊， 成为阎罗死神。 具有誓言的世间人， 合掌顶礼， 我们这些具有誓言者， 如誓言般聚集， 请问有何吩咐？ 没有誓言的众生们， 也同样合掌， 按照文殊忿怒尊的吩咐， 我们誓愿守护誓言。 愿从今以后， 遵从您大能者的吩咐而住。 听到这些祈请之后， 文殊忿怒尊的瑜伽士， 向所有诸佛及其眷属， 祈请所愿之事， 以及对于金刚使者等， 驱使自己想要的事业。 如是东方世界的， 教令之轮圆满之后， 之后转动南方世界的， 教令之轮。 智慧之轮的光芒， 也同样射向南方。 南方无量世界的， 金刚藏、宝生佛。 对于诸佛及其眷属， 如前一般驱使。 南方教令之轮， 圆满之后， 转动西方的轮。 智慧誓言的光芒， 也射向西方， 金刚须弥山、无量光佛， 所有诸佛及其眷属， 如前一般驱使。 之后誓言的光芒， 也射向北方， 金刚不空成就佛， 及其眷属也如是驱使。 之后在这个佛土中， 诸佛及其眷属聚集， 一切都如往昔的誓

Those not dwelling on the mountain, All beings, listen to me. The vows of youthful Manjushri, If not done according to the Sugata's command, If the vows are not well kept, I am the wheel of vows, The adamantine iron, extremely unbearable, Will descend right now. Having destroyed into ashes, It will be impossible to restore. Thus commanded by the wheel of vows, The Buddhas and Bodhisattvas with their retinues of immeasurable eastern realms, And the worlds with gods, All those with and without vows, Having gathered together, All the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas with their retinues, May the body, speech, and vajra reside here. Then, wrathful Manjughosha, Becomes the unbearable wrathful form of Manju, Becomes Yama, the lord of death. The worldly people who possess vows, Salute with folded hands, We who possess vows, Gathered as per the vows, What commands do you bestow? The beings without vows, Likewise, with folded hands, According to the command of wrathful Manjughosha, We vow to uphold the vows. From today onwards, We will abide by your command, O mighty one. Having heard these requests, The yogi of wrathful Manjughosha, To all the Buddhas and their retinues, Makes supplications for desired purposes, And to the vajra messengers and others, Commands the actions he desires. Thus, of the eastern realm, The wheel of command being complete, Then, of the southern world, The wheel of command is turned. The rays of light of the wisdom wheel, Likewise, radiate towards the south. Of the immeasurable southern realms, Vajrasattva, Ratnasambhava, To the Buddhas and their retinues, Commands as before. The southern wheel of command, Having been well Completed, The western wheel is turned. The light of wisdom vows, Having radiated towards the west, Vajra Sumeru, Amitabha, All the Buddhas and their retinues, Commands as before. Then, the light of vows, Having emanated towards the north, Vajra Amoghasiddhi, And his retinue are likewise commanded. Then, in this Buddha-field, The Buddhas and their retinues gather, All as per the previous vow
