Think like that. Then, sprinkle the livestock with that secret mantra, and from that cloud, nectar rain falls, think that they are extremely happy and joyful. Similarly, by offering lamps, think that a wish-fulfilling jewel, blazing with light, resides on the crown of the head, and is free from the fear of falling into the sky. Similarly, by offering the three whites, the three sweets, and other substances with that secret mantra, think that they are transformed into a collection of desirable qualities corresponding to their respective substances, making them pleased. Then, sprinkle flowers on the water and say: Great water deity, please know! All water is your nature, and may everything I offer to the water, together with all your retinue, be pleased, and may you also please us and grant us accomplishments. Then, again, rays of wisdom radiate from one's own heart, inviting the assembly of nagas from the four directions. Among them, think that in the east, many kings like children, white in color, holding male and female forms, are gathered. Similarly, in the south, the color is yellowish-brown, with the appearance of Brahmins. In the west, the color is reddish-brown, with the appearance of young children. In the north, the appearance is that of animals, such as black snakes, black frogs, black bulls, and so on, gathered together. Recite: Om Sarva Pannaga Phu Phu Akarshaya Ja Hum Vam Hoh. (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་སརྦ་པན་ནཱ་ག་ཕུཿ་ཕུཿ་ཨཱ་ཀཪྵ་ཡ་ཛཿཧཱུཾ་བཾ་ཧོཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ सर्वपन्नाग फुः फुः आकर्षय जः हुं वं होः, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ sarva-pannāga phuḥ phuḥ ākarṣaya jaḥ hūṃ vaṃ hoḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: Om, all nagas, Phu, Phu, attract, Ja, Hum, Vam, Hoh.) And with hands clasped together, the two middle fingers are joined and raised, the rest are spread outwards, making a lotus shape. This is the samaya mudra that pleases all nagas. By inviting with this, think that they gather in the four great oceans of milk in the four directions. Then, think that they also become one with the water deity, and abide in the manner of retinue and main deity. Sprinkle with scented water, and think that the four directions become extremely pure. Then, offer as in the water offering ritual, and with that mudra, recite: Om Sarva Pannaga Phu Phu Sarva Puja Megha Samaye Svaha. (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་སརྦ་པན་ནཱ་ག་ཕུཿ་ཕུཿ་སརྦ་པཱུ་ཛ་མེ་གྷ་ས་མ་ཡེ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ सर्वपन्नाग फुः फुः सर्वपूज मेघ समये स्वाहा, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ sarva-pannāga phuḥ phuḥ sarva-pūja megha samaye svāhā, Literal Chinese meaning: Om, all nagas, Phu, Phu, all offerings, cloud, vow, Svaha.) With the continuity of thought previously spoken, make them pleased. Then, do not ask them to return, thus.

There, do it for three, five, or seven days. Then, a best dharma friend goes back to his previous place and writes the name and lineage of the one to be harmed on paper or cloth. Write like this: "So-and-so person, residing in such-and-such place, is of bad nature, harmful to the teachings, and arrogant. Even before, this one has obstructed us. Now also, he obstructs us from offering to you great nagas. This is not only an insult to us, but also to those of you who have power, despising, killing, and harming you. Therefore, this person should be seized by you." Having written this, roll it into a zangs sam (copper alloy) iron tube, and wrap it with black thread. Then, melt and wrap it with a fire mixed with black guggul (Commiphora mukul) and Chinese juniper. Insert it into the colored thread of the one to be harmed. Then, take that image and carry it to the place of offering to the nagas, and place it in the southern direction of the mandala. The practitioner and the best friends, holding many flowers, scatter them on the offerings and in all directions, and join their palms. Recite those previous words that were written seven times or twenty-one times. Then, gather those waters into a clean vessel, and also gather those snakes one by one from one direction. Connect each colored thread of the snakes' tongues and each colored thread of the navel of the one to be harmed, matching the colors. Then, put them into a good vessel that will not damage the snake image. Carry it to a place where there is a fierce great naga, and dig two pits about one cubit deep, and also dig in between them continuously. Place the image of the one to be harmed on the side of the one to be harmed.
