Strive to diligently practice. Perform it from the first day of the dark fortnight until the fourteenth or fifteenth. Then, on the first day of the white fortnight, begin the pacifying fire offering. Make the stove hole in the shape of a bow, with red wood or wood that has been fumigated with incense. Possessing these woods, take fire from women, and with incense and red flowers, diligently and grandly perform the fire offering. The samadhi mentioned earlier, called the Great Element Wheel, the pacifying samadhi, whichever it is, practice it here. At that time, the secret mantra to recite is, the deity named so-and-so, བྷ་ཤ་ཡ་ན་ཡེ་ཤེས་པ། (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning), ending with Svaha. Recite it after the root mantra. At that time, offer good food as a torma every day. In this way, until the full moon, if you strive diligently in practice, the one to be subdued, who is endowed with merit, will then depart from the deity and become very pleased with me. The practitioner will be a great sovereign and will conquer all malice. Any of those to be subdued who are endowed with merit will have protectors from birth, and so on. For example, Indra, who is called the ruler of gods and humans, will protect the people who are surrounded by him. Residing in the human realm, those who are endowed with merit will be protected by many powerful ones. Furthermore, there will be field gods and family gods, and the deities who are served through fire offerings and other means will also protect. If it is not something that the practitioner can control, then the practitioner or the excellent practice partner will have such visions in dreams: the one to be subdued will appear with speech that is very majestic, with great power, with an excellent dwelling, and possessing armor and weapons. If such a thing occurs, then the practitioner should begin the practice called possessing two karmas. What are those two karmas? They are differentiation and subduing. That practice is like this: first, subdue with the footprints and stains of the one to be subdued, and with houses, poisons, and deadly poisons, and other hot substances, and with snake meat and snake skins.

Make an image of a bird. On birch bark or tree bark, etc., write the location, caste, clan, and name well, and then insert it into the heart of the image. Then, black guggul, and the teeth of fierce beasts such as tigers and foxes, and the animal cat called 'not accepting' that eats feces, and the ram, these are for them to enter their own mother's womb. The smell of the secret place of those animals, repeatedly soaked with the urine of those animals, becomes very foul and inferior substances, and the lower skirt of a prostitute, these are mixed together, mixed with the hooves and urine of mules and yaks, etc., and mixed into a single application. Dig a hole on the left side of a great road and river, put the skull in there with its back to the road and river, and also perform the act of attracting, hide it well and place it. Then, the mantra practitioner himself should bathe well, put on clean clothes, and apply good-smelling fragrance to his hands.
