For the ritual of subduing the wicked, the general wheel has been explained. With just these, the application of the fierce wheel is briefly summarized. The true blessings of illusion and secret mantras should be known, as well as the power of application, and the assistance of others. Because these four powers are complete, it is the most excellent of the wheel applications. Because the four actions of the dakinis, such as increasing, bewildering, devouring, and requesting again, are complete, therefore it is the most excellent of the wheel applications. In order to control, suppress, bewilder, and destroy, practice is performed at the same time, therefore, for destroying the wicked, it is explained as the most excellent of the wheel applications. This is the general wheel.
