于诸眷属一切众，祈请所欲诸义成，金刚使役及差遣，驱使自之所欲业。如是东方诸刹土，语教法轮令圆满，此后南方诸世间，语教法轮转动之。智慧轮之光芒彼，如是南方之方射，南方刹土无量数，金刚大宝珍宝生。胜者眷属及俱胝，如前一般而驱使。南方语教之轮彼，善为 圆满成就之时，西方之轮驱使之。智慧誓言之光芒彼，于西方之方射出后，金刚须弥无量光，胜者眷属及一切，如前一般而驱使。此后誓言之光芒彼，北方之方散布后，金刚胶布义成就，眷属及俱胝如是驱。此后于此佛刹土，胜者眷属聚集已，一切如昔之誓言，智慧金刚化忿怒。忿怒尊彼一一亦，众多金刚持所绕，金刚持彼一一亦，使役差遣使者众。以军队首领之相绕，极度炽燃且不悦，金刚毛发与眉毛，金刚头发及支分，金刚自身具手甲，一切皆极怖畏相。夜叉罗刹阎摩之，相执持者与自性，如是生者僵尸等，男子女子诸形相，某些野兽异类忿怒相，旁生暴恶之形相，手持棍棒宝剑与，三叉戟矛与敌箭等。某些铁钩索套与，如是铁链语亦持，人头鲜与干枯者，颅器盛满鲜血饮。橛与普巴矛与复，种种刀刃极执持。某些牙齿与嘴唇等，武器极度炽燃者，某些天铁口沫具，如是风胆涎之，口沫具足臭气与，不悦极度炽燃之，金刚使役此等亦，乘日与月绕世间，某些云与风。

To all the retinues, I pray for the fulfillment of all desires. To the vajra messengers and envoys, I urge them to accomplish their desired tasks. Thus, in the eastern realms, may the wheel of the command be perfected. Then, in the southern world, may the wheel of the command be turned. May the rays of light from the wheel of wisdom shine forth in the southern direction. In the immeasurable southern realms, may the great vajra of precious jewels arise. The victorious ones, along with their retinues and hosts, should be urged as before. When the wheel of the southern command is well and completely accomplished, the wheel of the west should be urged. May the rays of light from the wisdom of the oath shine forth in the western direction. May the vajra Mount Meru of immeasurable light, all the victorious ones with their retinues, be urged as before. Then, may the rays of light from the oath spread forth in the northern direction. May the vajra glue of accomplished meaning, along with its retinue, be urged in the same way. Then, in this Buddha-field, may the victorious ones with their retinues gather. May all, according to the former oath, the wisdom vajra transform into wrathful forms. Each of those wrathful ones is surrounded by many vajra-holders. Each of those vajra-holders is surrounded by many messengers and envoys. They are surrounded in the manner of army leaders, blazing fiercely and unpleasantly. Vajra hair and eyebrows, vajra hair and limbs, vajra bodies with fingernails, all have extremely frightening forms. They hold the forms and nature of yakshas, rakshasas, and yamas. Likewise, beings such as zombies, male and female forms, some wild beasts, different kinds of wrathful forms, and animal-like fierce forms. In their hands, they hold clubs, swords, tridents, spears, and enemy arrows. Some hold iron hooks, lassos, and also iron chains and words. They drink fresh and dry human heads filled with blood. They hold pegs, phurbas, spears, and various kinds of knives. Some have teeth and lips that are blazing weapons. Some have meteoric iron with vapor. Likewise, they have vapor of wind, bile, and phlegm, filled with stench and unpleasantness, blazing fiercely. These vajra messengers also ride the sun and moon and circle the world. Here belongs the method of the ritual called "Vajra Sending and Urging." Having turned and urged the wheel of command and oath of the Samadhi of Manjushri Wisdom Bodhisattva, all the Buddhas and sons of the ten directions are also urged to their vows, and urged to approach the deeds of the Buddhas, greatly rejoicing in the teachings of the Buddhas, and urging those who hold vows. For the auspicious yogi of Manjushri, the friend of vows should be accomplished, and for those spirits who do not have vows, they should also be punished by the wheel of command, so that they do not hinder the accomplishment of attainments, and accomplish the friend of deeds, and especially for those who protect the holy teachings of the Buddhas, the retinue of Vajradhara and others are extremely blazing, with an unbearable great assembly of wrathful bodies subduing the malicious ones, in order to turn the wheel of the oath command and approach the accomplishment of fierce deeds. Therefore, the ritual called "Urging the Wheel of the Oath Command" should be added to this. Among them, first, one should practice meditating on the wheel of the Vajra Mandala as before. Slightly different is that in the Vajra directions of the Dharma origin, one should meditate that all the Buddha lands of other directions are absorbed into it. On its vase, one should meditate on the Vajra Mandala as mentioned before in the stupa mudra in which this Buddha land is absorbed.
