Those that have been blessed and placed, whoever recites and meditates on them, the things held will receive special blessings. The power of combination is that when many substances and so on are gathered and combined, the power of the nature of those things themselves, and the power of the characteristics of the command, will produce blessings, because in the conventional truth, phenomena appear dependently and are not false. The power of help from others is that those who have obtained perfect blessings are pleased by offerings, recitations, fire offerings, and so on, and by serving them well, they will help the practitioner. Thus, through the four kinds of power, mantra practitioners will accomplish their actions. Among these, the four actions of the dakinis are: if a dakini wants to control sentient beings, first she nourishes them by means of seeing and touching, and so on. Then, she weakens the senses and makes them confused. Then, if she wants to devour, she can also restore them. Therefore, all these actions are perfected in the union of the wheel, and therefore it is said to be supreme. Furthermore, through one union, it is possible to simultaneously control, confuse, torment, suppress, separate from the gods, and destroy, therefore, especially for the action of subduing the malicious, the union of the wheel is said to be supreme. These methods of ritual are merely a demonstration of the means of subduing the malicious. Because secret mantras are like wish-fulfilling jewels, they completely accomplish all that is needed. However, whichever secret mantra is spoken for whatever basis, if it is applied to what is needed, it is praised as being accomplished by the power of the nature of things themselves. Therefore, here the root secret mantra is spoken for the method of subduing the malicious obstructing demons, therefore, here too, it should mainly be applied to the method of subduing the malicious. Recognizing the orifices, and completely tormenting the vital points, and so on, the seven rituals of the method of subduing the malicious have been completely explained. The color of his body is precious lapis lazuli, and he holds the weapon of the wisdom sword. Also in the heart of the Wisdom Sattva, visualize the wheel of command. The wheel like the petals of a sword, with thirty-two points, adorned with the root mantra. Having meditated firmly in this way, rays of light from the letters spread in all ten directions, pervading all the Buddhafields. To urge the wheel of command, these words should be spoken aloud. By uniting myself with body, speech, and mind, all Buddhas, please listen to me. I am the wisdom body of all the Buddhas who dwell in the three times. Again, the Buddha dwells in the heart. In the world of the eastern direction, in immeasurable Buddhafields, the body of all Buddhas gathered together, Vajra Great Realm Vairochana. The hundreds of thousands of Bodhisattvas who dwell in his retinue. Running in front of them, together with five hundred Vajradharas. Victorious ones together with your retinue, please listen to me. Those who attend to him, gods, sages, Yama, and rakshasas, nagas, and vidyadharas, yakshas, bhutas, and so on, all the bhutas who dwell on the earth and in the sky, please listen to me. I am the one who holds the glorious sword, wielding the wheel of command, with this wheel of the vow sword, whoever does not act according to the command, and likewise does not abide by the vow, even the Buddhas born from body and speech, will surely be destroyed. Of the world together with the gods, I am the wheel of samaya, Therefore, all the Buddha's sons and their retinues, Proceed by the power of samaya. According to the command of Manjushri Vajra, Accomplish the deeds of the Buddhas. Of the world together with the gods, All those who possess samaya, Proceed by the power of samaya. According to the samaya of Manjushri Kumara, Accomplish the activities of the Buddhas. Whoever does not abide by the samaya, All the bhutas, listen to me. The pair of samayas of Manjushri Kumara, If you do not act according to the command of the Sugatas, If you do not properly uphold the samaya, I am the wheel of samaya, The extremely terrifying thunderbolt, Will descend right now. Having destroyed you into ashes, You will become irreparable. The wheel of samaya thus commands. The victorious ones and their retinues of the countless worlds of the east, Of the world together with the gods, Those who possess samaya and those who do not, Having gathered from all directions, All the Buddha's sons and their retinues, May the body, speech, and mind vajras abide. Then Yamantaka, the wrathful one, also, Becomes the unbearable wrathful one of Manjushri, Becoming the Lord of Death, Yama's slayer. The worldly ones who possess samaya, Paying homage and joining their palms, We who possess samaya, Gathered as per the samaya, What command do you bestow? The bhutas who do not possess samaya, Likewise, joining their palms, According to the command of Yamantaka, the wrathful one, We shall uphold the samaya.
