From Phaṭ (藏文：ཕཊ，梵文天城体：फट，梵文罗马拟音：phaṭ，汉语字面意思：呸) and a lotus, arises yellow Earth Goddess, with the right and left faces being blue and white respectively. In the right hand, holding a curved knife, a vase, and a sword. In the left hand, holding a skull cup, a jewel, and a lotus, residing on the moon. From Svāhā (藏文：སྭཱ་，梵文天城体：स्वाहा，梵文罗马拟音：svāhā，汉语字面意思：梭哈) and a conch shell, arises blue Vishnu, with the right and left faces being white and red respectively. In the right hand, holding a curved knife, a conch shell, and a sword. In the left hand, holding a skull cup, a wheel, and a lotus, residing on the moon. From Hā (藏文：ཧཱ་，梵文天城体：हा，梵文罗马拟音：hā，汉语字面意思：哈) and a battle-axe, arises white Ganesha, with the right and left faces being blue and red respectively. In the right hand, holding a curved knife, a battle-axe, and a sword. In the left hand, holding a skull cup, a wheel, and a lotus, residing on a rabbit. The co-emergent wisdom of all these is, having become inseparable from the body, the first two hands holding the skull cup, holding it in an embracing manner, standing with the left leg extended, fulfilling the wishes of the practitioner. Having contemplated in this way, generate the vajra eyes and so on, as described above, in their eyes and so on. Perform the body vajra and so on on the body and so on, and perform the empowerment as described above, contemplate Yamāntaka on the crown of the head, and offer water for drinking, water for washing feet, and incense torma. Then, all the Gtora Ma should be invoked, and accomplished by the method of accomplishing nectar, and praised with those three, and then contemplate the union of their tongues, and offer nectar. The mantra is this: Om Indrāya Hrīḥ. Yama Yaṣṭri. Varuṇāya Vi. Kuberāya Kra. Īśānāya Ta. Agnaye Ā. Naidṛtaye Ma Vāyave Na. Candrāya Hūṃ. Arkaya Hūṃ. Brahmaṇe Phaṭ. Vasūdhārāyai Phaṭ. Vema Citraṇe Svā. Sarva Bhūtebhyo Hā. Hi Hi Hūṃ Hūṃ Pheṃ Pheṃ Phaṭ Phaṭ Svāhā. Then offer flowers, incense, lamps, perfume, and clean food, and so on. They too are practitioners.
