The one called "Oṃ" (藏文) should be done in the form of the jealous Yama, the slayer. The eye medicine is to apply the grease to the finger wrapped with thread. There are three accomplishments of the eye medicine: as long as the grease burns, the eye medicine made from it allows one to travel in the three realms, yet no one can see them. If smoke arises from the grease of the eye medicine, it is the accomplishment of the underground. The warm grease of the eye medicine will cause all beings to be loved. If asked what one does with burning and so on, it is said: "The Vajra of Action, well connected" (藏文). The meaning is this: the yogi of the jealous Yama, the slayer, covers with the right hand and recites until the grease burns, and also during the smoke and warmth. Saffron is the flower of a woman. Blood is the flesh of a slain man. These are the instructions. "The Vajra of Action, well connected" (藏文) refers to the yoga and holding of the jealous Yama, the slayer. These two are made equal and combined into one, placed in a skull cup, sealed with the hand, and recited in the charnel ground until three accomplishments appear, as before.
