These are about the root and branches of breaking vows, and so on. There are two types of non-reliance: the wise and the foolish. How should one rely on them? If the wise commit sins: abandoning asceticism, deceiving, it is very serious. If the unwise commit sins: because their nature is foolish. As it is said, therefore, the wise should not break their vows and should rely on them. In order to abandon the foolish, can one be indulgent? No. If the wise commit sins, they are immediately abandoned. If the unwise commit sins, they go downwards. Even a small iron ball sinks to the bottom. If it is placed in a container, even feces can float on the surface. As it is said, therefore, even the foolish should rely on vows. Regarding "Women are the nature of wisdom, and the certainty of slander is also the same": women are Prajnaparamita, the embodiment of all Vajra Dakinis. The Bhagavan Buddha also said that she is the author of the great bliss wisdom for yogis. Her nature also has far and near. The near ones are the Holy Mother, the lineage woman, the vow woman, and the mudra woman. Her similarities should be applied to all women. Because the faults of slandering due to the manifestation of confusion in the mind, etc., will cause downfalls, etc., therefore they should be abandoned. The permission of the guru, and for the benefit of sentient beings, and becoming the cause of Bodhi, and becoming the antidote to afflictions, these four things should be abandoned. Conversely, even if abandoned, things are heavy. Through the difference between light and heavy, one should also know the difference between sins. Now, in order to eliminate conceptual thoughts: Yogis should not make begging a means of livelihood. Yoga should not be abandoned, and secret mantras should be recited constantly. One should constantly rely on vows, etc. As it is said. Begging refers to entering the city with a mind of desire. Because this will not become yoga, and one carries defilements, one should not make this a means of livelihood. What should one do? Yoga is Samadhi, one should not abandon the experience of union. If it is said that this contradicts the act of playing and entering the city, it is not so. This is only the initial stage when the ability has not yet arisen, step

It is said that when the power of the earth slightly increases, if one indulges in all things and enters the city, one will not be stained by the defilements of one's own nature, just like a lotus in the mud. Constant means continuous. All means inner and outer. Outer refers to reciting the signs of mantra yoga, inner refers to vajra recitation, as well as subtle and bindu yoga. Secret mantras are not for everyone to use, but are relied upon as the place where merit grows. Recitation means clarity. Constant means relying on vows without depending on location, time, and circumstances. Et cetera refers to the continuous yoga of conduct, and through the differences of the senses, one should rely on equality between oneself and others, non-duality, and the same taste. If an offense occurs that cannot be avoided, one should confess. If the guru's vows are harmed due to carelessness, one should draw a mandala and confess sins to the Sugatas. It is said that if an offense occurs, it is difficult to happen. If carelessness occurs, it refers to downfalls that cannot be avoided, and so on. What is it? The guru is the root of all accomplishments, which was said at the beginning. Vows refer to the teachings of the Sugatas, and so on, and harming them means that a downfall has occurred. At that time, the yogi should draw a mandala by the power of the guru, vajra brother, or himself, and circumambulate the wheel of offerings to the best of his ability, and openly confess sins to the guru and Sugatas, and so on, and confess. Therefore, to explain the activities of all times, it is said: The Vajra Holder should not be attached to impermanence, and should protect the guru's vows with faith. Vajra Holder refers to a yogi who possesses vows. Impermanence means that one should not be attached to all changes in samsara. Faith means trust, because it is the basis of everything. Because of having faith, one should cherish and protect the guru's vows. So how will this turn into accomplishment? It is said: All offenses should be eliminated with the mind, through excellent recitations such as meditation, and one should always take the guru as an example. Offenses refer to all inharmonious aspects. The mind that has abandoned distinctions is the nature of discipline, as well as inharmonious
