Because of constant practice, it is called constant practice. The vows are supreme, far beyond the mundane. The excellent is the guru's. Also, it gathers the others together. Taking it correctly means becoming firm. In order to obtain great accomplishments, the first is the vase empowerment. The second is giving the sword. The third is the vajra and bell. The fourth is consuming the moon. These four are great empowerments. Thus it is said. The first is the vase empowerment for the sake of stabilizing the mind of the practitioner. The vase is for the purpose of holding water, and what is done in the empowerment is the eye and so on, therefore it is called the wisdom empowerment. That is also mainly the five vases, such as the all-victorious wheel-turning king, each of which becomes the Bhagavan, therefore it is the crown empowerment. Thus, the empowerment of the disciple becomes the empowerment of the guru, in order to especially accomplish the benefit of others, and in order to cut off all kinds of inverted distinctions. The second is to give the sword. Thus it is said. The secret empowerment is the essence of the mind of enlightenment, which is the non-dual sameness, which the disciple completely enjoys. The lord of the sound of Bola and Kakola, the symbols are the vajra and bell, which arise from that, that is the meaning. The moon is the mind of enlightenment, the nature of wisdom and intelligence, the co-emergent experience of all dharmas as images. To consume means to experience the mind with the mind. That is also among all secrets, the fourth empowerment is to generate great bliss, to have limbs, to be a vidyadhara. And, in Hevajra it says: The first is the vase empowerment. The second is the secret empowerment. Wisdom and intelligence are said to be the third. Thus the fourth is also. Thus it is said. The meaning of what is seen, adorned with the guru's instructions, is the meaning of not needing the rest. These four are great empowerments. Thus it is said, it is the meaning of having six sides. The moon is made in front of the wind, it is explained to the assembly. What was arranged before was said to the disciple. The first is explained literally. The second is not explained literally. The third is the meaning.

This is the explanation of the earth. These four are not referring to profound meanings, but rather saying that these have completed the task, there will be no remainder, and wisdom has been mastered. If asked how to obtain accomplishment, the answer is: By the distinctions of these empowerments, one can obtain the Buddhahood of the Victorious One. This is because it is unsurpassed, so it is spoken from the mouth of the Black One (Black Wrathful Dakini). The distinctions of these empowerments refer to the meaning of gradually becoming accustomed. The Victorious One refers to overcoming enemies. The Son refers to the one who possesses empowerment. Bodhi refers to the great. Obtaining refers to obtaining in one lifetime. Now, the Torma will be explained, saying: The mantra of the Torma of all beings will be explained from then on. By merely reciting the great mantra, all beings will tremble. The 'all beings' mentioned here refers to the senses and so on. Torma refers to the great. Mantra refers to being well-produced from the method of seed syllables or essence extraction, because the action has been accomplished, so it is said to be an explanation. The great mantra refers to hrīḥ ṣṭriḥ and so on. (ཧྲཱིཿ,梵文天城体:ह्रीः,梵文罗马转写:hrīḥ,汉字字面意思:赫利) (ཥྚྲྀཿ,梵文天城体:ष्ट्रिः,梵文罗马转写:ṣṭriḥ,汉字字面意思:什赤) What is in accordance with this is the worldly recitation. Merely blessing refers to the fact that there is no other worldly chief deity besides that. All trembling refers to the fact that by the blessing of wisdom, one can act according to the yogi's wishes. The mantra spoken is: Om Indra Ya Hrīḥ Yama Ya ṣṭriḥ, Varuna Vi, Kuberaya Ti, Ishana Ya Ta, Agnaye A, Nairitya Ya Na, Vayabe Na, Chandra Ya Hūṃ, Arka Ya Hūṃ, Brahma Naya Phaṭ, Vasudhara Ya Phaṭ, Vima Citra Ne Svāhā, Sarva Buddhe Bhyo Hā, Hi Hi He He Pheṃ Pheṃ Svāhā.
