Those activities are subtle, and for practitioners with great power, they cannot certainly satisfy their minds, therefore, the tenth chapter, which shows the accomplishment of great siddhis such as the accomplishment of corpses, is taught. In order to show what the purity of those deities that have been taught is, the eleventh chapter, which includes the purity of the deities, is taught. Just as nectar is consumed in order to satisfy the deities, so too, in order to please the deities, offerings of song and dance should be made, as it is said: From the Secret Moon Bindu: The songs of the lute, harp, and wondrous sound images will obtain great siddhis. As many songs as please the mind, the lords of happiness renowned in the world, transform all that is born of the sound of happiness, and the melodious sounds that correspond to it will accomplish this. Thus it is said, and the twelfth chapter, which includes the teaching of offerings of song and dance, is taught. In that way, by offering great offerings, the mantra that pleases the guru is the field of all siddhis, so by the power of the mantra that travels in the sky, in order to accomplish siddhis such as the ears of the deities, the thirteenth chapter is taught. Those siddhis such as walking in the sky also depend on obtaining empowerment in the mandala, and the mandala should also be accomplished with lines, because: For all mandalas, the wise should draw lines. Thus it is said. Therefore, the fourteenth chapter, which teaches the activities of establishing lines and so forth, is taught. Some do not want siddhis such as invisibility, but it is possible that they want siddhis such as not sinking in water. Therefore, the fifteenth chapter, which teaches the methods of accomplishment such as the Noble Savior, is taught. Some do not want those siddhis, but because there are those who want the supreme accomplishment of pleasing the glorious Heruka, for those, from then on, the sixteenth chapter, which teaches the method of accomplishing it, is taught. All of those many generation stages that have been taught in that way are mostly for generating the masters with the five-ritual stages of manifest enlightenment, therefore, the seventeenth chapter, which teaches the five rituals and so forth, is taught. After teaching in that way, some think: Why was this tantra first spoken? Who spoke it? In order to discern,

I have spoken the eighteenth chapter, which is like the basis. For the time being, the order and connection of the chapters of this tantra should be understood to this extent for the time being. Some say that the great tantra has 250,000 verses, which is slightly smaller, so it is impossible to connect and determine the order. Then, starting with "Bhagavan," etc., it indicates praise, and the meaning of the words is: Then, it refers to immediately after the first chapter was spoken. Bhagavan refers to those who subdue Yama, and the meaning of the words is as before. Tathagata refers to all those who are thus, referring to all those without omission, using these words that will be spoken to the subduer of Yama, Bhagavan Vajrasattva, the great lord, to praise, not false words, but truthfully stating the true qualities. How does it say? "Ignorance, the nature of Vajra, you," etc., ignorance refers to what was shown before, that is, its indivisibility, is the nature of Vajra, and also the enemy of hatred, Yama, you appear there. Named "completely extinguished," it means to subdue in an extremely fierce way. The enemy of Yama refers to as before. The teacher refers to being able to completely pacify Yama, or not deviating from the nature of Dharma. The abode of all Buddhas refers to the manner described before. Vajra refers to the body being blessed, indivisible like Vajra. Prostration and praise refer to body and speech. From "subtle Vajra," etc., it is derived from the previously mentioned collection. The Vajra of the heart refers to the heart of Akshobhya being blessed, indivisible like Vajra. Extremely manifest refers to extremely manifest, which is the most supreme similarity. How does it say? Because this lineage only appears as different Vajra lineages, the consort of the lineage is also the self-nature mother or Vajravarahi, whichever is possible, it is the action of both. From one lineage to three lineages, from three lineages to before, then this will become a jewel in the heart, because the heart itself will produce worldly and transmundane wealth, so it is established as a jewel. Body and speech are like that.
