Now, having understood that the meaning of all the tantras is the same, in order to make the minds of the hidden sentient beings who are taught by the Tathagata rejoice, the special statement is spoken. Then the Blessed One and so on are spoken. Because it accomplishes the benefit of the great aggregate of sentient beings, it is great. That which has the name of being born together with the supreme of joy is the supreme joy. That which has its essence, that is, its nature, is the essence of supreme joy, that is, its speech. The so-called not speaking means that one has obtained the Dharma that transcends the path of speech. The so-called like this means that it will be explained. The special statement is the statement that arises from manifesting the worldly discernment purified by compassion. The so-called special statement means having a statement. The so-called ultimate illusion wheel and so on are easy to understand. Emaho means wonderful. Dharma is because it holds the common characteristics and its own characteristics. If you ask what kind of characteristics it has, it is said that it is great peace, because it has subsided all the perceptions of grasping and being grasped, things and non-things, and conventional and ultimate truths. Even so, it is also wonderful to be very angry and terrifying in order to subdue the wicked. Emaho, supreme Nirvana! It is said that Nirvana, which has the supreme perfection of self and other benefits, is called that way, meaning non-abiding Nirvana. It is also wonderful that the benefits of oneself and others are perfect without discrimination. Having spoken of the thusness of the nature of all dharmas, it is also said that the great wonder of non-realization is also said that even though the thusness of all dharmas has been established in this way, it is also very wonderful to wander in samsara. If the perfection of the benefit of nature in the ultimate sense seems very wonderful, then what is it like in the conventional sense? It is said, Emaho, this is not completely exhausted! Etc., the fault in it refers to the faults of body, speech, and mind, because it is the cause of samsara, so it is a fault, that is, the afflictions of desire and so on.

is the nature of the collection. What is called merit is done as merit in order to perfect the ultimate meaning. Because of habituation, it becomes merit, which is the nature of the ten powers and fearlessness, etc. What is called change is to produce. The meaning is this: with a mind fully possessed of wisdom and means, even faults can be transformed into the nature of merit, which is also wonderful. It is said: As in the hail sea, when a drop of water enters, it turns into hail, and when it enters milk, it also turns into nectar. It is said. It is also said in the Sutra of Praise of Discipline: An unwise person, even if he does a little evil, goes downwards; a wise person, even if he does great evil, can avoid its harm. Even a small iron ball sinks to the bottom of the water; if it is made into a vessel, it will float on top. It is said. Having thus taught the suchness of such dharmas, in order to thoroughly show the abandonment of all forms of examination, the statement "not a thing" appears. Its meaning is "not arisen," because it is impossible to arise from self, other, or both. Among them, for the first case, if it arises from it, there is no difference at all; if a seed arises from a seed, there will be no sprout, etc. If it is said that the seed itself has become the nature of the sprout, it is not so, because the shape, color, taste, and power of the sprout have not changed, so it is not a sprout. If it is said that the previous nature of the seed has been completely abandoned, then, if it is other and other, how can it be itself? If it is still so, then, alas, because it has completely changed, it is skilled in speaking; if it declines itself, it has no power, so it is said to produce. The second case is also unreasonable; if it were so, it would follow that a rice sprout would arise from a foxtail millet seed. If it is said that it is by the power of producing its own continuity, then the rice seed has no power to produce a rice sprout, because it is other. If it is said that how can one continuity become other? If it is so, then there is no difference between the seed and the sprout. If there is no difference, then since it is one, there is no other.
