"The follower after the month of governance." This refers to the sequence of the moon's waxing. "Therefore, the manifested aspect" refers to the oral instruction. What will it become if that happens? It is said that accomplishments will occur, and so on. Yoga is the equal union of skillful means and wisdom. Because it exists here, it is yoga, namely, the Bhagavan Yamari Black Destroyer. His dominion is the complete accomplishment of all perfections up to the Great Seal. This means that if the meditation on this reaches its ultimate limit, such special siddhis will arise. The fruit of the action is spoken of. "A hundred verses" is only an approximation, and it also includes a hundred and a thousand. This refers to the yogi who possesses "this." "Will be accomplished" means that it will definitely be accomplished. All the activities of "completely pacifying," and so on. "Without remainder" is how it arises? It means that the activities of the three realms should be done in that way. "Completely" refers to the activities of subduing the Shravakas, Pratyekabuddhas, Vishnu, Ishvara, Brahma, and so on. "The Vajra that attracts semen" refers to that by which semen is attracted, which has the nature of great equanimity, and because it has an indivisible nature like the form of Gauri, it is Vajra, and the samadhi is also called that.
