If you wish to hold the peaceful Vajra, the phrase "if you wish" refers to when practicing will cause weariness. "Peaceful Vajra Holder" refers to the peaceful Vajra being the body Vajra, which is the yoga of non-distraction, hence it is called Peaceful Vajra Holder. The four jewels are the jewels of the nature of Vairochana, Ratnasambhava, Amitabha, and Amoghasiddhi. Therefore, by its nature, it is similar to the cause, and is the nature of the four precious stupas. Adorned with a garland of light, it refers to the nature of the five jewels. "Ocean of Wisdom" refers to that which is accomplished from all the Tathagatas of dust-mote count, therefore it is the very nature of the ocean of wisdom. The stupa thus formed is the abode of the Buddhas of the past, future, and present, therefore, it is explained as being that abode. From the pores of my skin, the wise emanate clouds of offerings. This refers to conjuring clouds of decorations such as flowers, jeweled garments, parasols, victory banners, and the seven precious things, and with these, offering to all the Tathagatas. In order to distinguish the clouds of offerings, it is said, "The wise with lotuses, etc." The five kinds refers to the five colors of blue, white, yellow, red, and green, distinguished by their types, which should be generated through the power of meditation, this is what should be known. Similarly, emanate five kinds of lotuses and offer them to the deities. Knowing the three kinds of jati flowers, refers to blue, yellow, and red. Within a range of a hundred yojanas, meditate on the mandala of the wheel, which refers to the mandala of Vairochana. The wise should always, well establish its kind, refers to not only contemplating the mandala of Vairochana, but also for the purpose of making offerings in the center of the stupa, one should also contemplate and offer other mandalas such as Akshobhya in its center by repeating its kind.

Having made offerings in this way, in order to show the sequence of meditating on the previously mentioned Vajra Fine Dust and so on, it is said: "The lotus vajra and, the sword and blue lotus, the wise meditate." These should be regarded as examples. In the center of such a stupa, visualize the mandala, and make offerings with the mind, performing all meditations daily in each session. This is what is shown. What is the shape, form, and size of that stupa? What is its color? For that reason, it says: "To the extent of a billion yojanas." This shows the size. "Square" is the shape. "Clear" is the color. The five objects of desire are form, sound, smell, taste, and touch, and to those are the categories of attachment and aversion. "Offerings like an ocean" means to make an ocean of offerings. Even without external offerings, in the four sessions, visualize a stupa made of four kinds of jewels, and in its center, visualize the mandala of one's own deity, and with the mind, fill the entire sky with forms, sounds, smells, tastes, and so on, and offer it to the mandala of one's own lineage. To show that meaning, it says: "With precious clothes and so on, those who desire enlightenment always offer." It is said that with the mind itself, offer the nature of the five offerings and the five amritas, and with the mind itself, offer the daughters made of the jewel lineage. All seven jewels are also the same, visualizing them as the nature of the families of Akshobhya and so on, through the blessings of the families of Akshobhya and so on. Sit in the center of that mandala and meditate on the blessings of Mamaki and so on, and make offerings. Therefore, it says: "In the samadhi of the lord's mudra, in the pure center of the Buddha mandala, those with desire for the Buddha, offer with the blessing of touch." It is said that the wisdom like the blessings of those who have been subdued by truly practicing blessings is the mind of desire, and whoever has that is the one with the mind of desire. Those with the mind of desire make offerings with the mind in this way every day, the Vajra Fine Dust.

Having stabilized the mind through meditation and so forth, and having correctly practiced asceticism for a long time, one should make offerings together with the mind to the daughters of the gods and so forth, in accordance with reality. "With good eyes and a stable mind, possessing wisdom." This refers to when one sees the form of one's own deity as if it were directly visible, and when no discriminations such as "I have seen it" arise, and when those objects are meditated upon as body, speech, and mind, so that the body, speech, and mind are transformed into vajras, and seeing them blazing intensely, just that alone will make the mind stable. The explanation of the eighth chapter is finished. Chapter Nine: Explanation of the Samaya of the Meaning of the Reality of True Purity. "Killing, taking what is not given, consorting with women, and delighting in lying will be accomplished." What was said should not be taken literally. When the yogi has practiced seven times with focused application but has not achieved accomplishment, then the yogi should thoroughly abandon the obscurations to yoga through the samadhi of Akshobhya and so forth, in order to thoroughly demonstrate this. From "Then" and so forth, the chapter on the samaya of the reality of true meaning was taught. Please explain how to enjoy body, speech, and mind. Body, speech, and mind are the vajra body, speech, and mind. Enjoying means combining body, speech, and mind with whichever mandala it is. "Mandala, the three indivisible vajras," means that the vajra is also indivisible in mind, therefore the three indivisible vajras are the mandala. "Of the Buddha, the one with wisdom" means that the wisdom of the Buddhas is the Buddha's wisdom, and the one who possesses it is the one with the Buddha's wisdom, which refers to non-dual wisdom. "Secret" means that it is extremely secret, arising from non-conceptual samadhi. "Delightful" means that it is in accordance with the mind and makes one happy. "Supreme" means sacred. Now, in order to show these very things, "Located in the center of the sphere of space" and so forth were spoken. This refers to the immovable one located in the center of the sphere of space.
