The non-discriminating wise one, even if doing pleasing things, will not be attached, and thus will attain Buddhahood. Thus spoke the Bhagavan Great Vajradhara. For one who is not a practitioner, there is no fault, not having taken vows, merely remembering the Buddha, etc., only having habitual tendencies, there is no prohibition. Even having taken vows, because of transgressing the precepts, one will fall into the lower realms. Therefore, one should meditate on the yoga of combining wisdom and correctness, and not engage in external combinations. For that very reason, with one's own mudra or mind, one should meditate on the three vajra syllables (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanized, Chinese literal meaning). Therefore, even the all-knowing Buddha will be pleased, there is no doubt about this. Thus it is said. The practitioner, with steadfast wisdom, begs for alms in the forests, and the donors, out of fear, will offer delicious food. Thus and so forth it is said. The mandala of the mind, the explanation of the fourth chapter. Chapter Five: Explanation of the Supreme Conduct of All Practices. Having perfected meditation, one will attain it through non-discriminating wisdom, therefore, those who are greatly prohibited from evil lineages and other lineages also have the opportunity to attain accomplishment by meditating on emptiness. From "Then" and so on, the chapter on the supreme of all practices is taught. The so-called "supreme of all practices" and so on, giving, ethics, patience, diligence, meditation, wisdom, and other paramitas, etc., are all practices. Its supreme is the suchness of all dharmas. Its meaning is the meaning of dharma. Non-discrimination arises from meaning, and is connected to "accomplishing." Among them, the meaning of non-discrimination is non-dual wisdom. Arising from that are the various lineages such as hatred. Accomplishing refers to generating the five lineages, which are characterized by the most excellent qualities of the Great Vehicle, in the continuum of beings to be tamed. Therefore, it is said that the supreme vehicle accomplishes the unsurpassed supreme siddhi. For which yogi has generated non-dual wisdom, that

Those who perfect the body vajra and so on will achieve it, but not those who are manifestly attached to things. Therefore, it is taught that those who wish to perfect it should meditate on non-dual wisdom, because special devotion to the non-dual path is the means to achieve personal goals, not lineage and so on. Therefore, it is said that evil lineages and so on. It should be connected with "Evil lineages and defiled ones, etc., even those who commit great sins can achieve it." In the action tantras and so on, regarding the evil lineages that are completely abandoned, it is said, "Those who seek the meaning of killing," which means that they only think of means such as killing beings in their minds. Committing the five inexpiable sins, killing monks and nuns, destroying temples, abandoning the true Dharma, etc., are called the five inexpiable sins and so on. Even those who commit such great sins can achieve it. Also, the word "also" does not mean that only those who possess the true Dharma, pure discipline, and are born in noble lineages in holy lands can achieve it, but even those of low birth and so on can achieve it, which clearly shows the power of meditating on selflessness. Reviling the teacher from the heart, even if practiced, will not be achieved, which shows that this obstacle is extremely serious. It should be connected with "Sentient beings who kill, they become vessels for practice." Whenever, for those who are afraid and frightened by abandoning, if they are not analyzed in detail, hearing joyful words, merely taking refuge in the Three Jewels and generating the mind of Bodhicitta, even if they have already engaged in killing and other actions, it is thought that the Bhagavan here allows them to enter the mandala and so on. Therefore, as the cause of entering, it is said, "Sentient beings who kill," and so on. The root tantra also says that there are some beings who are frightened and afraid of hearing the teachings of the mandalas of all the Tathagatas and do not dare to enter, and they are facing the path of falling into the mandala of evil destinies.
