The five aggregates are also only mind! Thus it is said. Saying "arising depends on the vidyādhara" means that the arising is earth, water, fire, and wind, each taking its own characteristic and holding form. Saying "vidyādhara" refers to Locanā (སྤྱན་མ་,Cakṣu,चकषु,Eye), Māmakī (མཱ་མ་ཀཱི་,Māmakī,मामकী,Mine), Pāṇḍaravāsinī (ན་བཟའ་དཀར་མོ་,Pāṇḍaravāsinī,पाण्डरवासिनी,White-clad One), and Tārā (སྒྲོལ་མ་,Tārā,तारा,Star), for the purpose of performing peaceful and other activities. For example, earth is Locanā, the nature of attaining Buddhahood through the power of bodhicitta. Thus, it is said in all the great secret tantras: "Through the power of bodhicitta, for the sake of the other shore to attain Buddhahood, obtaining the other shore is called the Vajra Mother of Mind." Thus it is said, here Locanā should be understood, because Locanā and the Vajra Mother of Mind both have the same nature of crossing to the other shore. Water is Māmakī, the essence of gathering the four objects, the nature of prajñāpāramitā. Thus, it is said in all the great secret tantras: "Gathering the four objects, prajñāpāramitā is virtuous, the arising of the four dharmas as one is regarded as the Jewel Vajra Mother." Thus it is said, here also Māmakī should be understood, because Māmakī and the Jewel Vajra Mother have the same nature of crossing to the other shore. Fire is Pāṇḍaravāsinī, the essence of tathatāpāramitā. Thus, it is said in all the great secret tantras: "In the great vehicle of secret dharma, tathatāpāramitā is virtuous, the arising pāramitā is called the Dharma Vajra Mother." Thus it is said, here also Pāṇḍaravāsinī should be understood, because Pāṇḍaravāsinī and the Dharma Vajra Mother have the same nature of crossing to the other shore. Wind is Tārā, the nature of vajrapāramitā. Thus, it is said in all the great secret tantras: "The four pāramitās are victorious goddesses, vajrapāramitā is virtuous, what is designated for union is called the Karma Vajra Mother." Thus it is said, here also Tārā should be understood, because Tārā and the Karma Vajra Mother have the same nature of crossing to the other shore. Attachment is only a hook, which means that the mind that grasps the field of activity through the five vidyādharas and others, with the great method of non-duality, is the Vajra Hook Mother.

Thus, it is also stated in all the great secret tantras: Among all desires, the greatest means is called the vajra hook. So it is said. Lasso Binding with a lotus, it does not mean craving for sexual desire, but for the purpose of offering to the Thus-Gone One. Meeting is a lock, which means that the yogi and yogini cultivate the practice of enlightenment, and their minds do not waver when they meet, which is the vajra lock. Thus, it is also stated in all the great secret tantras: Whatever relies on that is called the vajra lock. So it is said. Sounding is explained as a bell, which means that the sound of the mantra that proclaims that all phenomena are unborn, and playing with means and wisdom, is the vajra bell. The mantra to be recited is: ཨ་ཀཱ་རོ་མུ་ཁཾ་སརྦ་དྷརྨྨཱ་ཎཱཾ་ཨཱདྱ་ནུཏྤནྣ་ཏྭཱཏ། (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari: अकारोमुखंसर्वधर्माणाम् आद्यनुत्पन्नत्वात्, Sanskrit Romanization: akaro mukham sarva dharmanam adyanutpannatvat, Chinese literal meaning: A is the head of all dharmas, originally unborn). Thus, it is also stated in all the great secret tantras: All phenomena are unborn, equal to space, originally peaceful, thus speech can proclaim, called the vajra bell. So it is said. Incense is great fragrance, which means that not distinguishing between pure and impure, but transforming into equality, is the nature of the Prajnaparamita, which is incense. Thus, it is also stated in all the great secret tantras: The supreme of equality in all places, the Prajnaparamita is incense. So it is said. The flower is called Ragata, which means that the nature of the dhyana paramita, which is not moved by inverted desire, is the flower.
