As stated in the "Thirty Verses": "The Arhat himself is that, and abides relying on that." Such is the nature of the indistinct form, and so on. The supreme of the half measure. This means half the fineness of a mustard seed, the measure of the top of a letter. The meaning is to meditate in this way: all the Tathagatas dissolve into one's own body, transform into the supreme Bodhicitta, extract it from the secret Vajra path, and visualize the tip of the pistil of one's own consort's secret lotus transforming into a Vajra. In the center of that Vajra, visualize the wisdom Hūṃ (藏文:ཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हूं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) as small as a mustard seed. Meditate on this until the five signs arise. As soon as the five signs arise, meditate on radiating. The five signs are described in the Uttaratantra of the Guhyasamaja Tantra: "First, like a mirage; second, like smoke; third, like a firefly; fourth, blazing like a lamp; fifth, always appearing like a cloudless sky." Similarly, it is said in the Guhyasamaja Tantra: "Five kinds of precious colors, the size of a mustard seed, diligently at the tip of the nose, the yogi always meditates, hoping for the precious to be stable, and does not release even if it is not stable." Thus, after explaining the Samadhi of the subtle, the Samadhi of the Bindu is taught to be meditated upon. The object of mind, the form of Bindu. And so on. Here, mind refers to the nature of non-discrimination. As it is also said in the Lankavatara Sutra: "Action is accumulated by the mind, the mind also distinguishes, name is what is to be known, the five perceive." And so on. The Bindu that has become its nature is the object of mind, because mind and Bindu are inseparable. Showing that very meaning, the form of Bindu, is the Bindu the size of a pea. Similarly, it is said in the Guhyasamaja Sadhana Mandala: "The fruit of the Bindu of the chickpea." Showing its place. Always abiding in the center of the heart. Here, always refers to the three times: past, future, and present. Heart refers to the limbs of the body, such as the five senses. Here it refers to wisdom.

It is not in the heart of the Bodhisattva. The so-called "abiding in the center" means meditating on the bindu in the center of one's own heart. The so-called "having great blazing light" means the bindu, which universally manifests light. The meaning is that this gathering practice is stated in the Moon Treasury Sutra: "Gather all the Tathagatas in the seed syllable of Tsanaka, transform into the light of Bodhicitta, meditate on the bindu the size of Tsanaka, inseparable from the mind, and in its center meditate on the letter Kṣūṃ (藏文:ཀྵཱུཾ་) as above. Make the light bindu arising from that clear, and make one's own heart clear from that arising. When the heart arises, make one's entire body clear. Arising from the pores of the body, make all the worlds clear, and then return in order, meditate on merging into the letter, becoming one. This is the key to meditation. Also, the teaching on the position where the superior Bodhicitta abides in the order of the waxing and waning of the moon. As for how many are drawn, namely the breasts and, the fingertips and, the throat and, the lips and, the cheeks and, the veins of the eyes and ears and, the crown of the head and, the supreme secret limbs, these are the nine places. For these, counting from "ངོ་" is downwards, and counting from "མར་ངོ་" is upwards. Thus, it is also said in the Eight Eight of Desire: "Breasts, fingertips, throat and, lips and cheeks, eyes, tip of the nose, crown of the head, supreme limb, contemplate all of these, the waxing moon counts downwards, the waning moon is said to be reversed." That's how it is said. Also, the teaching on meditating on the fifteen positions of the superior Bodhicitta as sixteen sound letters. "From the forehead to the sole of the foot," that is, the root of the thumb is the letter A (梵文天城体:अ,梵文罗马拟音:a,汉语字面意思:阿), the ankle is Ā (梵文天城体:आ,梵文罗马拟音:ā,汉语字面意思:阿), the two thighs are I (梵文天城体:इ,梵文罗马拟音:i,汉语字面意思:伊), the genitals are Ī (梵文天城体:ई,梵文罗马拟音:ī,汉语字面意思:伊), the navel is U (梵文天城体:उ,梵文罗马拟音:u,汉语字面意思:乌), the abdomen is Ū (梵文天城体:ऊ,梵文罗马拟音:ū,汉语字面意思:乌), the breasts are Ṛ (梵文天城体:ऋ,梵文罗马拟音:ṛ,汉语字面意思:热), the hands are Ṝ (梵文天城体:ॠ,梵文罗马拟音:ṝ,汉语字面意思:热), the throat is ḷ (梵文天城体:ऌ,梵文罗马拟音:ḷ,汉语字面意思:勒), the lips are ḹ (梵文天城体:ॡ,梵文罗马拟音:ḹ,汉语字面意思:勒), the cheeks are E (梵文天城体:ए,梵文罗马拟音:e,汉语字面意思:艾), the two eyes are Ai (梵文天城体:ऐ,梵文罗马拟音:ai,汉语字面意思:艾), the veins of the ears are O (梵文天城体:ओ,梵文罗马拟音:o,汉语字面意思:奥), the crown of the head is Au (梵文天城体:औ,梵文罗马拟音:au,汉语字面意思:奥), the entire body is meditated as the form of Aṃ (梵文天城体:अं,梵文罗马拟音:aṃ,汉语字面意思:阿姆) Aḥ (梵文天城体:अः,梵文罗马拟音:aḥ,汉语字面意思:阿哈). Thus, it is also said in the Eight Eight of Desire: "The tip of the thumb is the letter A, the two ankles are the same as Ā, the two thighs are the letter I, the letter Ī relies on the genitals, the root of the navel is the letter U, likewise the abdomen is
