The union is considered meditation. That also has five branches, namely meditation, investigation, etc. Those three secrets are also mainly spoken for the sake of the supreme deity, such as near attainment, etc., are also combined with investigation. Those refer to the deity higher than the deity mentioned above and his consort. Combining those two as non-dual is the second. The joy arising from that contact is the third. The bliss of the mind of those two being gathered in the vajra and lotus is the fourth. One's own mind, that is the wisdom of the exhaustion of the source of knowledge, is the fifth. The three branches spoken of are the Buddhas'... etc., the Buddhas are one's own mind. The essence of that is the breath of that's mount. All desires are accomplishments. The five wisdoms and five elements are the breath, possessing five colors and their respective nature. Meditate on that light-like mass arising from the vajra, located at the tip of the nose. The so-called five-colored jewel is the nature of possessing inner and outer wheels, that is, the subtle union is spoken of. If it changes and declines in that way, then it is said to take it back again, that is, one's own mantra, etc. The yogi who has declined from that, the subtle subject, one's own nature, the heart of the wisdom sattva, on the bindu where the seed is placed, meditate on the breath as the light of wisdom, and take back the previous jewel again. By this, signs also arise, and then spread that breath from the vajra path to the lotus. If it also declines from that, it is because the faculties are very dull, do not look for external karma mudra, but combine it like the seventh chapter, and again spread it in that way, and the separate appearance is recollection. The samadhi spoken of is means, etc.
