After thorough practice, for the common and uncommon meaning of the Lesser Vehicle and the Great Vehicle, any deity should be burned as in the ritual of the Wheel of the Ten Wrathful Ones. On this, Bhadrapada said: "Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུཾ།,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hūṃ) is made or the crown?" Thus he spoke one verse. Now, the palace transformed from permanence, as spoken in the eleventh chapter, "In the center of the vajra sky, pure (ནམ་མཁའ་རྡོ་རྗེ་དབུས་དག་ཏུ།)" etc., the samaya is the palace. Dharma is the nature of the aspects of enlightenment. The abode is the lordship of the sun etc., on which Bhadrapada also said: "The sun and moon are well suppressed, possessing a divine seat of various lotuses." Now, having gathered the vajra clouds as spoken in the tenth chapter, it is said to generate pride. "All Buddhas in the sky (མཁའ་དབྱིངས་སངས་རྒྱས་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱིས།)" etc. The self-mantra syllable is the word of wisdom. That is, "Oṃ Vajra Svabhāvātmako'ham (藏文:ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་སྭ་བྷཱ་བ་ཨཱཏྨ་ཀོ྅ཧཾ་,梵文天城体:ओṃ वज्र स्वभावात्माकोऽहम्,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ vajra svabhāvātmako'ham,汉语字面意思:Oṃ, Vajra, Self-nature, I)". One should meditate in the heart. This refers to generating that pride. Its meaning is that the light arising from the vajra expands into one's own wheel, and then retracts again, inserting it, reciting the mantra, and generating pride, that is the meaning. On this it is also said: "For the sake of the embodied, make victorious light, say that I am its nature." Now, one common accomplishment is spoken of. "Possessing all supreme aspects (རྣམ་པའི་མཆོག་རྣམས་ཀུན་ལྡན་པའི།)" etc. Vajrasattva refers to contemplating the minute particles of water as Vajrasattva, which is the cause for contemplating as the deity of the family. Arranging the Buddhas in order refers to the constant yogi contemplating water in Locana etc., and also which of one's own families it is. "Breaking with feet on the water" means that after it has become solid, one should walk on the water. Samāpatti means uniting with one's own deity at the time of walking. "On the crown of the head" means that one becomes the master on the crown of the water deity. Now, from the differences in actions, among the meditators, it is said to subdue the enemy and his army. "After meditating on the great empowerment wheel (དབང་ཆེན་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་བསྒོམས་ནས་སུ།)" etc. Thus, the one to be subdued, born from the first letter of the name, is visualized in front, and after summoning his consciousness etc., on his crown, Mount Sumeru born from the syllable Suṃ (སུཾ་), and the great powerful Sarpo born from the syllable Laṃ (ལཾ་),

The fourth chapter, named "Three-Point Vajra," manifests various lotuses and crossed vajras on it, transforming it into a palace. There, one should meditate on the wrathful deity trampling with yellow feet, reciting one's own mantra along with supplications. The army and rituals are just like this, and should be supplemented above and below. The destruction of the army is spoken of: 'The vows of the enemy's retinue,' and so on. This is also like that, the image of the army, bone ash, poison, and the land of the two riverbanks, etc., are made, generated from the initial letters, and on the cloth of the charnel ground, the mantra names and supplications written with the substances as spoken are placed in its belly, performing internal destruction. An iron or bone peg, eight fingers in length, with five points, generated from (ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हूँ, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hum), the mantra (ཨོཾ་གྷ་གྷ, Devanagari: ओṃ घा घा, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ ghā ghā, Literal meaning: Om, Gha, Gha), etc., should be angrily stabbed into its heart, and should be shown like this. What is incomplete here is shown in the fifteenth chapter. I have written it in one measure for the sake of easy understanding. Now it is said to destroy plagues, etc., 'Town,' etc. The meaning of this is that any yogi should visualize in the sky a five-pointed vajra arising from (ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हूँ, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hum), recite the garland of mantras (ཤཱནྟིཾ་ཀུ་རུ, Devanagari: शान्तिं कुरु, Romanized Sanskrit: śāntiṃ kuru, Literal meaning: Pacify, Act), and supplicate, burning away diseases with the vajra's light like the fire at the end of an eon, and then re-collecting it, and for the sake of increasing and preventing faults, manifesting the light of jewels, and the clouds of the Buddhas, those who hold the nectar of Dharma, etc., should be empowered like this. Its merits are spoken of, 'By this,' etc. After the commitment to the chosen deity is complete, that is, after the practice mentioned above is complete, it should be known in all places. Now, for the sake of protecting the painted mandala, it is said to drive in pegs, 'Vajra Amrita Great King,' etc. The meaning of this is that it is said to dispel obstacles with meditation, a sandalwood peg, anointed with incense, tied with a red thread, visualizing from (ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हूँ, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hum) the form of an obstructing enemy, first thoroughly examined with wisdom, then later surrounded on the ground with forms emanating from the ten directions or from one place, reciting the mantra (གྷ་གྷ, Devanagari: घा घा, Romanized Sanskrit: ghā ghā, Literal meaning: Gha, Gha), struck with a hammer, that is, suppressed on the ground.
