The implements of the pure Vajra Akshobhya should be drawn on one's own seat. Here, the consorts should not be placed together as the essence of the body, for seeing them will result in punishment. As it is said in the Samgraha: "For the benefit of the heretics, the Buddha's consorts are kept extremely secret." Now, the implements of Vairochana and others should also be drawn on the seats of the moon and sun, in accordance with their respective forms. Starting from "In the east of the great wheel," and ending with the words "worship diligently," it has been shown. Among them, "with body, speech, and mind as offerings" refers to the act of generating (the deity) with the three seed syllables of the nature of body, etc. Therefore, the implements of Rupa Vajramala and others, such as mirrors and lutes, should also be placed in their respective positions. After that, since there are no mantras extracted for the six lords of desire and Kshitigarbha and others, it is evident that they are not deities of the mandala. The (offerings) transformed from the six goddesses, such as Rupa Vajramala, should be diligently offered. Now, having drawn the mandala with mind or with colored powders, the accomplishment or empowerment is spoken of, such as "woman." Here, their meanings are as follows: If one enjoys a consort who possesses beauty, youth, and qualities, the mind of enlightenment will be regarded as wisdom, the vajra opens the lotus, the Buddhas dissolve into my body, firmly abiding in the nature of the lotus, rejoicing through union. Then, reciting one's own name, I shall rejoice in the union of the wheel, with the sound of vajra and lotus, urging the Buddhas, inviting them into the mandala, dispelling and protecting obstacles, offering offerings and merits separately, praising them, and the doorkeepers of the four gates perform the activities, thereby approaching accomplishment. Bless and examine the offerings, etc., and pray that the benefit of sentient beings may be accomplished, as it is said. The mandala with body and speech as the main focus should be understood from the sixteenth chapter. The detailed meanings of these should be understood from the four branches of the twelfth chapter. The meaning of the fourth chapter is complete.

Okay. Chapter Five, Explaining the Supreme Meaning of Universal Conduct. "After explaining the distinctions of practice, etc.," and so on. Among them, "after" refers to immediately after painting the mandala. "King" refers to Vajradhara, who possesses body, speech, and mind. The two phrases "Supreme Lord of the Abode सर्वकाम (Sarvakaam, all desires)" refer to the supreme being who does not abide in the two extremes, transcending the two extremes, and who has dominion over the two extremes; the supreme being who has perfected the two accumulations; the supreme being of all conduct; and the supreme being of Dharma, meaning, and wisdom. These five meanings should be combined in order. Because it is practiced on everything, it is called all conduct. Therefore, the supreme Dharma is also such. However, because that itself is supreme, it is called the supreme Dharma meaning. Because there is no doubt about that reality, it is called non-conceptual meaning. What arises from that are those with the nature of desire, hatred, and ignorance, who are accomplished by possessing that reality, and this should be combined. In order to refute the determination of lineage, there are phrases such as "those of low lineage, those with blemishes, etc." Among them, low lineage refers to the endurance of asceticism without acceptance or rejection, the endurance of asceticism without hope or fear, and the endurance of asceticism of lineage without ignorance or mind. Blemishes refer to abandoning inverted thoughts, the blemishes of great secret substances, and those who practice clairvoyance. "Etc." refers to possessing any lineage such as the royal lineage. The meaning of these is stated as follows: those of low lineage are easy to control, and those with blemishes are rude and brave. The three phrases "killing," etc., mean that accomplishment is achieved by being proficient in this tantra, studying in this place, and being accustomed to the practice of this activity, and ordinary people cannot achieve it. "Uninterrupted" refers to examining the name of the result, the five such as killing one's father and mother, and the ten non-virtuous deeds included by "etc." Accomplishment can also be achieved through these. What cannot be accomplished? "Reviling the teacher from the heart," etc. Here, the teacher refers to the mantra practitioner, because the Buddhas of the ten directions and three times arise from him, so one pore of the teacher's hair is more supreme. Therefore, this means that accomplishment can be achieved by bearing the burden of the teacher. "Killing life," etc., is entirely about the realm and the possessor of the realm, such as me and mine, etc.
