In what is written, the center of the various twelve-pointed vajras is an eight-spoked wheel, and the center of that wheel has three. Above, a crescent moon is adorned with dots. Some seeds that transform into six are the meaning of "Ha." Within it, write: Om Ah Jin Jik, so-and-so, Shanti, Kuru Hum. In the center of the spokes in the eastern and other directions, write the mantras extracted from Akshobhya and other deities. On the spokes in the fire and other directions, write the mantras extracted from Locana and other deities. On the circumference of the wheel, write: Om Ah Om, Hulu Hulu, Tishta Tishta, so-and-so's Upadrava Dikam, Bandha Bandha, Hana Hana, Daha Daha, Amrite Hum Phat. With the head facing inward, write it revolving to the right. On the four gates, east and so on, write the mantras extracted from Yama and other deities. In the places of the six goddesses, such as Rupa Vajra, write the three letters Om Ah Hum, or their respective seed syllables, such as Om Jah Hum, and so on. Wrap silk and other materials in a sequence of eight layers or so, around a tube at the center, and bind it with thread. Anoint it with camphor and other substances, consecrate it, and wear it on the arm or neck. Then, the Acharya who possesses the three samadhis, visualizes the mandala that is contained within the palace that was just spoken of, in the heart of his chosen deity. He abides there as it is, and contemplates the essence of the mantras of the nineteen deities, such as the Bhagavan Vairochana, and the hosts of noble nectar swirling forth from the light of each letter arranged on the circumference, which completely terrify all harm. He also contemplates the accomplishment to be achieved arising from the first letter of his own name in the center of the mandala. Then, he invites its wisdom, unites it as one, and empowers the body with the ritual of the letter "Ham." He visualizes a stream of nectar flowing from the garland of mantras of the Bhagavan Vairochana, pervading the entire body. A host of deities with white complexions arises from the gate of light, and they bestow empowerment with nectar from a white vase. Or, with the bodhicitta arising from perfect union, or having melted, it enters oneself.

Empowerment is conferred through empowerment. Thinking of being free from all faults, repeatedly recite the secret mantra and make supreme offerings. Place it with palms together in the place of offering to the deities, or wear it around the neck, etc. That which becomes peaceful from that is the work of pacification, and all actions are gathered within this. It is the protection of pacification for pacifying all unwanted faults. For the sake of intelligence, it is the wheel of reversal. Whoever harms the Three Jewels, whoever is hostile to the teacher, harms parents, and likewise constantly kills others, to them, the Lord of Power, with love, transforms the minds of others. Through generosity and speech, from that action, turn back and pray. If ignorance does not turn back, then this action should be undertaken. The distinctions of union should be explained. At the end of the first session, the union with one's own deity, together with the well-trained mudra, should be done in an instant. From the seed-syllable in the heart of the Wisdom Being, emanate the assembly of all Buddhas, and from that light, emanate the object to be subdued. In front of oneself, also emanate the body of the Buddha, and the assembly of all sentient beings dwelling in the ten directions. Think that the object to be subdued has been cut into hundreds of pieces and pulverized with various weapons, and also harmed with angry minds and harsh words. The wicked sentient being feels remorse, thinking, "I am killing the Buddha," and is terrified by the fear of hell, and looks for refuge without protection. For the sake of suppressing them, generate wrath with great compassion. Secretly pray to one's own lord about what has been done from that. Then, after the lord, together with the mandala, has become blue, make offerings, praises, and taste nectar, and then the action should be properly undertaken. With the light of the essence residing in the symbol in the heart of one's own Wisdom Being, invite the chief one, and think that it melts from the vajra path and appears like the beauty of a lotus harmed. Some say that this one holds an iron hook, a sword, a jewel, and a lasso in his hands. Others say that the sound of "Harmful Beauty" is Vajra
