By the glory of that accomplished master, The forest gods, terrified, The lord who bestows good food, Fully bestows upon the practitioner. If the abundance is not bestowed, They will die by the power of the oath. Thus, the common and the actual, The yogi who has attained the name, In order to purify his own realm, According to the order described below, In the four time periods, for seven days, With the empowerment of pure meditation, The one with the nature of twenty-five, Becomes the stainless nature of the wheel. One's own seed syllable, light, and iron hook, The assembly of consorts who are always united, Having summoned them from Akanishta, Meditate that they dwell filling all of space. That very bliss melts, Like a stream of milk, they, From the crown of the head to the front and back, and Five thousand enter into it. Likewise, from the Sukhavati realm, Summon Amitabha and the white-clad consort, Thinking as before, at that time, They enter into the tongue. From Abhirati, Akshobhya arises, and In the non-duality of Mamaki, In the hearts of those, Five thousand seven hundred enter. That light also from Khatika, Amoghasiddhi and Tara also, Having become subject to the bliss of others, Having entered into the navel at that time, Like space itself, that very nature, Strive again and again. Because that very thing is meditated upon again, In order to purify things, The Buddhas praise it. By that and that yogi, The one marked by the three vajras, That supreme one is pleased. Thus, possessing the three unions, In order to engage in the actual work, The great mudra of the work spoken of above, Is taken with the distinction of the three families. The Akshobhya Vajra yogi, The great power of the one with moles, The sixteen-year-old girl, Cultivate her to resemble the color of an উৎপala flower. Likewise, of the constant union, The white girl of the alchemist, Having reached the age of twenty, Cultivate her as the nature of a vidya. The Amitayus yogi, The dancer, exceedingly beautiful, Red-faced, beautiful, with long eyes, The twenty-year-old, clad in white, is cultivated. Or else a Brahmin, Kshatriya, Or a Jewish, commoner, or other woman, Whichever one dwells in yoga and cultivates, With that, the secret three bodies.
