Contemplate the black form arising from the body of the object to be accomplished. By this, completely spread out, contemplate the removal of poison, the color being white. Thus, recite this secret mantra at four times. In seven days, all poisons will be expelled. Om Aro Lika, may the poison near so-and-so be pacified, Hum Svaha. By this, the poison born from karma, burning in the heart, will be completely exhausted. What need is there to say about the poison near the one body of the object to be accomplished? Do everything as before. Contemplate the wrathful king Hayagriva, the color being white, completely removing all poisons. Place the object to be accomplished in front. On the moon in its heart, the white Hum (藏文，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽) syllable, white light blazing. By this light, burn all the poisons of the body. Like gold, right black and left white, Initially, embrace the consort with self-light, The right hand holds the wheel arising from below, The remaining ones hold sword, jewel, and lotus. Combine this like Vairochana. From Bhrum (Tibetan,梵文种子字，光明), count the wheel as eight, Visualize marked with white Bhrum (Tibetan,梵文种子字，光明). Generate the first letter of the name of the one to be practiced, In front of the practitioner, Establish it well, For the sake of eliminating with three combinations, Recite this secret mantra. From Bhrum (Tibetan,梵文种子字，光明) radiate white light. Namaḥ samanta kāya vāk citta vajrāṇāṃ. Oṃ āḥ sarva la budhi, loka dirsha, yantra mantra tantra, cau rṇa prayogiti, mama kṛti yena kena cita kṛti, tāni sarva ntu, chindha chindha, bindha bhindha, hana hana, daha daha, paca paca, kampaya kampaya, bhvīṃ saya, śata sahasrā, vi cau rṇaya, oṃ uṣṇīṣa vajra cakra varti, bhrūṃ bhrūṃ bhrūṃ, hūṃ hūṃ hūṃ, phaṭ svāhā.
