མས་སྤྱན་མ་ཡི། །གཟུགས་སུ་བསྐྱེད་ནས་ཕུང་པོ་དང༌། །ཁམས་དང་སྐྱེ་མཆེད་ཀྱིས་དག་བྱ། །དེ་ལུས་གང་བའི་ཕྲེང་སྔགས་ཀྱིས། །ཕྱི་ནང་བར་མཚམས་མེད་པར་གཏམས། །སྔགས་ལས་སྔོན་བཞིན་སྤྱན་མ་སྤྲོ། །བསྡུས་ནས་འོད་ཟེར་སྤྲོ་བར་བྱ། །བསྐལ་པའི་བར་དུ་གནས་བྱའི་ཕྱིར། །སངས་རྒྱས་རྟག་པའི་ཚོགས་སྤྲོས་པའི། །དབང་བསྐུར་བྱས་པ་ལས་སྐྱེས་པའི། །ཤི་བ་ཞག་ནི་བདུན་ནས་འཚོ། །འཚོ་ནའང་ལྔ་བརྒྱའམ་སྟོང་གི་བར། །འདི་ཉིད་དུ་ནི་གནས་པར་འགྱུར། །སྤྱན་གྱི་ཡེ་ཤེས་ཀྱིས་བཏབ་ཕྱིར། །རིམ་གྱིས་སངས་རྒྱས་ཐོབ་པའོ། །ཐམས་ཅད་སྔ་མ་བཞིན་བྱས་ཏེ། །རྣམ་པར་སྣང་མཛད་རྣམ་འབྱོར་པས། །ལྟ་བ་རྡོ་རྗེ་དུག་ལ་སོགས། །མི་བཟད་དུག་ནི་དབྲོག་པར་བྱ། །བདག་ཉིད་གཡས་པའི་བར་མ་རུ། །འཁོར་ལོ་དཀར་པོ་རྩིབས་བརྒྱད་པ། །ལྟེ་བར་ཨོཾ་དཀར་པོ་ཡིས་མཚན། །འོད་ཟེར་དཀར་པོ་སྤྲོས་ནས་བརྩམ། །ནད་པ་མདུན་དུ་གཞག་བྱས་ལ། །སྒྲུབ་པོས་སྤྱི་བོ་ལ་བཞག་སྟེ། །དུག་རྣམས་དབྲོག་པའི་ཆེད་དུ་ནི། །སྔགས་འདི་བརྗོད་ལ་འོད་ཟེར་སྤྲོ། །ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཛིན་ཛིཀ་ཆེ་གེ་མོའི་དུག་ཞི་བར་མཛོད་ཅིག་ཧཱུཾ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ། བརྗོད་པས་འོད་ཟེར་དཀར་པོ་ནི། །སྤྱི་བོར་ཞུགས་པས་ནག་པོ་དབྱུང༌། །འོད་ཟེར་དེ་ཡིས་ནམ་མཁའི་ཁམས། །ཕྱོགས་བཅུ་ཀུན་དུ་གཏོར་བར་བྱ། །དེ་ཡི་ཤུལ་དུ་འོད་ཟེར་ནི། །དཀར་ཞིང་བསིལ་བ་ཕབ་བྱས་པས། །ཞག་བདུན་ན་ནི་ནམ་མཁའ་ཀུན། །གང་པའི་དུག་ཀྱང་མེད་པར་བྱེད། །ཡང་ནི་སྔོན་བཞིན་ཐམས་ཅད་བྱ། །མི་བསྐྱོད་འཁོར་ལོ་དང་ལྡན་པས། །ཧ་ལ་ཧ་ལ་ལ་སོགས་པ། །སྦྱོར་བ་འདི་ཡིས་གསོ་བར་བྱ། ། བསྒྲུབ་བྱ་མདུན་དུ་རབ་བཞག་ལ། །དེ་ཡི་ཐུགས་ཀར་ཧཱུཾ་བྱུང་བའི། །རྡོ་རྗེ་དཀར་པོ་རྩེ་ལྔ་པ། །འོད་ཟེར་དཀར་པོ་འབར་བ་བསམ། །དེ་ཡང་ཟླ་འོད་ལྟར་བསིལ་ཞིང༌། །བསིལ་བས་ལུས་ཀུན་ཁྱབ་པའི་དུག །སྙིང་ག་ལྐོག་མ་དཔྲལ་བ་དང༌། །མགོ་བོའི་གནས་སུ་ཡང་དག་བསྡུ། །དེ་ལྟར་ལན་གསུམ་བར་བསམས་ལ། །ཐམས་ཅད་སྙིང་གའི་དབུས་སུ་བསྡུ། །དེ་ནས་འདི་ནི་བརྗོད་པ་ཡིས། །ནག་པོ་སྐྱུག་པའི་ཚུལ་དུ་བསམ། །ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿབཛྲ་དྷྲྀཀ་ཆེ་གེ་མོའི་དུག་སོས་པར་གྱུར་ཅིག་སྭཱ་ཧཱ། དེ་ལྟར་བྱས་པས་ཞག་བདུན་ན། །ནམ་མཁའི་ཁམས་ཀུན་གང་བ་ཡི། །དུག་རྣམས་ཀྱང་ནི་ཟད་བྱེད་ན། །བསྒྲུབ་བྱའི་ལུས་ནི་སྨོས་ཅི་དགོས། །སྔོན་བཞིན་ཐམས་ཅད་རབ་བྱས་ལ། །འོད་དཔག་མེད་ཀྱི་རྣལ་འབྱོར་གྱིས། །འབྲས་དང་ཕོ་ལ་མིག་འབྲུམ་ཕྲན་སོགས། །ཉེ་བའི་དུག་རྣམས་དབྱུ

Having done everything as before, By the yogi of Vairochana, With the view of Vajra, poison, etc., Drive away the unbearable poison. In the middle of one's own right side, A white wheel with eight spokes, Marked in the center with a white Om (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओ, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Om), Begin by emitting white light rays. Having placed the patient in front, The practitioner places it on the crown of the head, For the sake of driving away the poisons, Recite this mantra and emit light rays.
