From the boundless realm that is immaculate and endowed with all virtues, dispelling the darkness of ignorance in the minds of beings, filled with the Great Seal and so forth, therefore, it is like the moon. By its power, it is accomplished and perfected, in the boundless realm of the wisdom mandala, all such sentient beings become the object of all sentient beings, and the nature of great compassion is also extremely clear. Thus, the excellence of that is proclaimed, namely, abiding in one's own mind. Just as one's own mind abides without separation, like crystal and color. I constantly take refuge in it. Thus, until the edge of endless samsara, I take refuge with a mind that is inseparable from my own mind, and not like others, taking refuge until the end of life. Refuge is proclaimed with words such as "all distinctions." Among them, "all distinctions" means that from all that is untrue, such as the grasper and the grasped, one is liberated from the beginning, and is not the doer. That is also the suchness of all dharmas, the nature of profoundness. The holy beings are the Bodhisattvas. Its auspiciousness is the ten powers of the Tathagata and so forth. Its basis is destruction, why? Because the Bodhisattvas, by the power of practicing the truth of the profound nature of Dharma, generate the qualities of the Tathagata in their minds, therefore it is said. All things are of one taste, meaning all dharmas that flow and do not flow, the Dharma that is liberated from the nature of the unreal, as said before, I take refuge in it. Thus, it is also said that all: Even though various mundane things appear, their nature is of one taste, and that is also the non-duality proclaimed by the Buddhas. Whoever makes distinctions and observations on it, that one will enter the wrong path. Thus it is proclaimed. Taking refuge in the Sangha, meaning the words "bondage" and so on. The so-called "unbound bondage" means the nature of perverted things such as greed. The so-called "abandoned by him" means that he has truly abandoned it, abandoning secrets and extremely secrets with reason. Compassion

The word "e" has already been explained. "Glorious" means possessing the glory of oneself and others. It is only on that that the difference is stated. "Extremely joyful" and so on, refers to those who dwell in the ninth ground, the Extremely Joyful. This is how scholars explain it. Because on the tenth ground, the bodhisattva is also called a Buddha, therefore it is not a truly perfect Buddha. In the Tantra of Vairocana it says: "Whoever attains the tenth ground, understands the nature of empowerment, in this all-knowing wisdom, knowing the ways of all the world, therefore is called a Buddha." It is for this reason. This is also a common teaching; yogis, in the case of great beings, do not think so. "Lord of Discipline" refers to being the master of those who have entered the inferior vehicle, therefore bodhisattvas are called that. To that, as said before, refuge and so on. Here also, the Buddhas and so on are non-different from Vajradhara, but nevertheless, due to the different inclinations and thoughts of sentient beings, although it is one, it is like the moon in a water vessel. This is what is said in the Dense Array Sutra. Due to the wavering minds of sentient beings, it appears as the form of a dancer. The yogi who abides in the accumulation of merit, generating the aspiration for enlightenment, what is said is thinking and so on. Having realized that, the wisdom that leads sentient beings out of the wilderness of samsara is pure thought. The collection of fully ripened results that serves as the basis for that purity is pure, because the fruit of stainless karma is uninterrupted. "All obscurations" refers to afflictions and so on. Among them, what are afflictions? They are desire and so on. What is the obscuration of knowledge? It is the habitual tendency of manifest attachment to the apprehended and the apprehender, non-afflictive ignorance. What is the obscuration of karma? It is the five heinous crimes and so on. What is the obscuration of fully ripened results? It is hell and so on. Its habitual tendency, which is the power to produce it, abides in the alaya-vijnana. To destroy it is to destroy it with the power of pure thought and fully ripened results. "True faith" refers to the definite grasping of suchness.
