It is the profound essence of the purified Bodhichitta! Because it possesses stainlessness and is endowed with all virtues, from the infinite realm, it dispels the darkness of ignorance in the continuum of beings. It is filled with Mahamudra and so on, therefore it is like the moon. By its power, it is accomplished and perfected, in the infinite realm of the mandala of wisdom, the object of all sentient beings, as many as there are, becomes the object of all objects, and the nature of great compassion is also extremely clear. Only that difference is proclaimed, abiding in one's own mind, it is said, abiding without separation from one's own mind, like crystal and color. I always take refuge in it! It means taking refuge with a mind that is inseparable from one's own mind until the end of endless samsara, not like others who take refuge for as long as they live. Refuge is proclaimed with "all discriminations" and so on. Among them, "all discriminations" refers to being liberated from the very beginning from all unrealities such as the apprehended and the apprehender, it is not fabricated. That is also the essence of the profound suchness of all dharmas. The so-called "holy beings" refers to the Bodhisattvas. The so-called "its auspiciousness" refers to the ten powers of the Tathagata and so on. The so-called "its support" refers to destruction, because the Bodhisattvas, by the power of meditating on the suchness of the Dharma of profound nature, generate the qualities of the Tathagata in their continuum, therefore it is said so. The so-called "all things are of one taste" refers to taking refuge as mentioned above in the Dharma that is naturally liberated from all unreal dharmas that flow and do not flow. Thus, it is also proclaimed that all: even if various mundane things appear, but their essence is of one taste, that is also the non-duality proclaimed by the Buddhas. If someone distinguishes it, that will lead to a wrong path. Thus, it is proclaimed. Taking refuge in the Sangha, it is proclaimed as "bondage" and so on. The so-called "unbound bondage" refers to the nature of perversion such as desire. The so-called "that which has been abandoned" refers to truly abandoning, that is

Like the sublime and the extremely secret, etc., it is explained through reasoning. The meaning of compassion has already been discussed. "Glorious" means possessing the glory of oneself and others. The distinction is only mentioned in this context, such as "extreme joy," etc. That is, those who dwell supremely on the ninth ground, as the wise ones explain. Because it is said that the Bodhisattva on the tenth ground is the Buddha, therefore, it is not a fully enlightened Buddha. In the Tantra of Vairocana, it is said: "Whoever attains the tenth ground, comprehends the nature of empowerment, in this all-knowing wisdom, knowing the ways of all the world, therefore, is called Buddha." This is why. This is also a common explanation. Yogis, in the context of great beings, do not think so. "Lord of Discipline" refers to Bodhisattvas because they have become the masters of those who have entered the inferior vehicle. To them, one says, "I take refuge," as mentioned above. Here, although the Buddhas and others are inseparable from Vajradhara, it is said in the Dense Array Sutra: "Due to the different inclinations of sentient beings' minds, although one, like the moon in a water vessel." Due to the wavering of sentient beings' minds, it appears as a dancer. The yogi who abides in the accumulation of merit, generating the aspiration for enlightenment, is said to have thoughts, etc. Having realized that, the wisdom that leads sentient beings out of the wilderness of samsara is pure intention. The purified aggregate of fruition that becomes the basis of that purity is pure, because the fruit of stainless karma continues uninterruptedly. "All obscurations" refers to afflictions, etc. What are afflictions? They are desire, etc. What is the obscuration of knowledge? It is the ignorance that is not of the nature of affliction, the habitual tendencies of clinging to the apprehended and the apprehender. What is the obscuration of karma? It is the five heinous crimes, etc. What is the obscuration of fruition? It is hell, etc. The habitual tendencies of these, the power to generate them, abide in the alaya-vijnana. The elimination of these is due to the power of pure intention and fruition.
