It is because it is similar to... Covering it means obscuring, that is, those sentient beings who have destroyed the correct view, and because of its power, just as a merchant's ship at sea is destroyed, they are tormented by the three sufferings and so on. Generating compassion means generating compassion for them. Just as a captain of a large ship, a yogi will enter into the practice of attaining the siddhis of mantra. Therefore, in the presence of the great lama, it is said that in order to liberate those beings who are attached to perverted views, beings with the intention of generating true compassion should manifest all dharmas as emptiness, which is also stated in other scriptures. Perfect Bodhi means perfect because of its naturally pure nature, it is the ultimate truth. It is called inconceivable because it cannot be measured by śrāvakas and others, and because it is of a pervasive nature. The sequence after meditating on it is to recite the mantra of Śūnyatā (Sanskrit Devanagari: शून्यता, Sanskrit Romanization: Śūnyatā, Chinese literal meaning: emptiness), and to visualize it as the ground arising from the syllable Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hūṃ), and to meditate on the autumn moon white below it, etc., which is the practice of a mantra practitioner. Its meaning is as follows: Having generated great compassion in this way, entering into the nature of bodhicitta, one should meditate on the three doors of liberation, so what are those three doors? It starts from "because there is no self-nature" and so on. Whatever is proclaimed as the nature of any dharma is separated from it because it is extremely unreasonable. Or, because it is separated from the grasped and the grasper, one and many, etc., which are discriminated by children, because it is separated from all things, all things are emptiness. If there is no cause, it is because the Ishvara and others conceived by non-Buddhists and others do not exist, so all dharmas are without characteristics. It is not that the cause of mere appearance of names is prevented. The uncharacteristic is the non-thing, because the characteristic itself is the thing. What is called subsequent thought is subsequent investigation, that is, the happiness and so on of beings such as gods and humans are without discriminatory investigation, so there is no subsequent thought. Therefore, it is said to be separated from wishes, that is, the wishes made with the nature of desire for happiness, form, enjoyment, etc. of this and that and so on.

jñāna(藏文:ཛྙཱ་ན་,梵文天城体:ज्ञान,梵文罗马拟音:jnana,汉语字面意思:智慧)是智慧。彼即vajra(藏文:བཛྲ་,梵文天城体:वज्र,梵文罗马拟音:vajra,汉语字面意思:金刚)。

which is preceded by inference. Here, all dharmas appear only as one's own wisdom, and there are no enjoyers or anything else separate from it, so there is no desire. The three aspects shown in this way are only distinctions in expression, but in reality, it should be understood that they are all contained in emptiness. Why? Because the nature of being free from all things such as grasping and being grasped is emptiness. As it says, 'Liberated from the appearance of form, etc.' etc., the great master here speaks with the reasoning of being free from one and many. The teacher Dharmakirti, speaking of valid cognition, said: By what are things realized? In reality, that does not exist, because the nature of one and many does not exist, therefore everything is emptiness. Therefore, since the causes and conditions do not come together, and since it is not born in the first place, it is without characteristics. In the noble text on showing causes, it says: It is appearance and non-appearance. The cause of things is not reasonable. What cause is there for non-appearance? What cause should be made for appearance? So it is said. The teacher Dharmakirti said: Although the born one does not completely depend on others, if one examines what is related to one's own cause, etc., the single mind does not appear. Why? Because the relationship depends on others. How can it depend when it does not exist? Therefore, all appearances do not depend. If things depend, that is without desire. So it is. The natureless one, the nature of cause and effect has no union. Therefore, desire is not reasonable, like the horns of a non-existent rabbit, its cause is not appropriate. If it appears, then it has no need. It is not appropriate for appearance to arise from the cause of emptiness. Therefore, all dharmas are like illusions, without beginning or end, pleasing without examination. All things are emptiness, as such it does not exist. Too much elaboration is abandoned. Thus, focusing on the suchness of all dharmas, in order to stabilize the mind of enlightenment, the mantra that is blessed is said, Om (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओम्, Sanskrit Romanization: om, Chinese literal meaning: Om) is the body of the inconceivable deity. śūnyatā (Tibetan: ཤཱུ་ནྱ་ཏཱ, Sanskrit Devanagari: शून्यता, Sanskrit Romanization: shunyata, Chinese literal meaning: emptiness) is emptiness. jñāna (Tibetan: ཛྙཱ་ན་, Sanskrit Devanagari: ज्ञान, Sanskrit Romanization: jnana, Chinese literal meaning: wisdom) is wisdom. That is vajra (Tibetan: བཛྲ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: वज्र, Sanskrit Romanization: vajra, Chinese literal meaning: vajra).
