Etc. should be purified. What is said is emptiness, signlessness, and wishlessness. Having done these first, then through mindfulness and the like, the yogi should contemplate the wisdom that exists in the continuum, knowing that it is without self-nature and not established anywhere. Furthermore, after placing the seed syllable, it should be known that the guru has also said, "The door of pure liberation, the light of one's own heart-moon shines." Therefore, its meaning is that through profundity and clarity, the mind is purified. Therefore, one should realize at all times. This is in order to accomplish what appears below, the support spoken of is the Buddhas of the three times, which also cuts off the suffering of beings' poverty and the like, its nature is like a wish-fulfilling jewel, like the seed syllable spoken of above, it can be done in an instant. Visualize the mandala of Buddhas and the like arising from its light, and the image of the guru inseparable from it, filling the entire expanse of space like a sesame pod. In front of it, do all the things as they appear below. What is that ritual? It is the offering cloud and so on, the unfolding of the offering cloud, that is, the eyes and so on arising from the light of maṃ (藏文,梵文天城体:म,梵文罗马拟音:maṃ,汉语字面意思:芒) unfold and dissolve, and also realize the external offerings such as forests and vehicles arising from the light. Similarly, one should also understand through words such as praise and nectar. After that, one should also know to prostrate by means of manifesting limitless bodies and so on. What is called having wisdom is realizing the three equalities spoken of below. The act of confessing sins and so on is to do what appears below in front of it, that is the meaning. Why? Because it is said to be for the purpose of increasing merit, for the Dharma, it is for the purpose of exhausting the five inexpiable sins and so on. Just as color can be applied after making a cloth very clean, for those who do not have unpleasant karmic imprints in their continuum, the wheel of the mandala will be easy to enter. It is for that purpose that it is said, beginningless time and so on. Where is samsara

That which has no beginning is without origin. From that time, the continuity of existence is unbroken, which means that the continuity of the five aggregates exists in the manner of cause and effect. 'All discriminations' means that grasping and apprehended objects, etc., are deluded and accumulated by those things that are not true, such as the five heinous crimes, etc. That is condemned by the holy ones and produces results, therefore it is evil. 'Great compassion in front' refers to those mentioned above. 'According to the ritual' means realizing sins, etc., as equality. The words included by 'etc.' refer to rejoicing, etc., which are spoken of, such as Buddhas, etc. Among them, 'Buddha' refers to permanence, etc. 'Bodhisattva' refers to Ksitigarbha, etc. 'Noble one' refers to Amrita Kundalin, etc. In the root tantra, those are not indicated by the words 'Buddha' and 'Bodhisattva.' So why is that? 'Noble Amrita Kundalin, the hero,' the great lama has spoken here. 'All others' refers to Vajra Heruka, etc. Those are not indicated here by three kinds of words. The merit of those is abandoning evil, which is to practice profoundly and clearly. Or, commonly speaking, 'Bodhisattva' refers to those who abide on the ten bhumis. 'Buddha' refers to those who manifest the Dharmakaya. 'Noble one' refers to the Shravakas and Pratyekabuddhas. 'Four' refers to generating the first mind, etc., and the root of merit of those is as mentioned above. Rejoicing at all those, summarized by jealousy and stinginess, is my action. This is the Buddha, etc., of the scriptures. Those should also be understood as only Vajradhara, such as 'one is also a container of many,' etc. Should the merit arising from doing so also be dedicated to the above meaning? 'Not reversed' means that the true meaning of not being reversed, which is the profound and vast nature, the wheel of the mandala, that itself is enlightenment. Therefore, those roots of merit should be guided by the power of dedication. Again, by truly taking refuge in the supreme Three Jewels, merit is perfected, and because others cannot overcome, taking refuge in the special Buddha.
