Possessing complete empowerment until the teachings are clearly revealed in a perfect sequence means being fully endowed. This indicates the following: Having pleased any one of the venerable gurus, and having entered any mandala with complete rituals, and having received empowerments such as the vase empowerment, the yogi who understands secrets and utmost secrets is called a yogi. Thus, it shows the common qualities of all yogis. Now, the qualities of entering into practice are spoken of, saying "according to the ritual," etc. "Having received the command" means having received the command of the teacher in the past, and having received one's own command in the future. The former should be generally understood, while the latter is special. "Meditating on mantras with equanimity through the fourfold ritual" means the seed syllable of one's own deity. Meditating according to the ritual means pleasing through the sequence of the first yoga, etc. One will enter into practice by obtaining what was mentioned before, etc., otherwise not. That is to say, possessing wisdom, knowing all the inconceivable things in the manner of the wheel of the mandala, realizing that external appearances do not appear. Apart from what is mentioned here, what was said in the presence of the guru, that which is the secret union, knowing and through the three vehicles, thus knowing the reality. Such things should also be understood here. Immediately after that, all are summarized and the perfections of the practitioner are spoken of. Now, in a pleasant place, being extremely tamed, and because the body is extremely tamed, one will touch bliss. Touching bliss, one will enter into equipoise and know things as they are. To show the pleasant place, "whoever" etc. is said. "Whoever" is not apprehended as real, but should be generally understood. What is specifically said is "immaculate water" etc. Immaculate means that water etc. is also that, therefore it is said thus. Is it only that? No, the best of trees, such as mangoes, adorned in the manner of garlands in all nearby places, is called covered. "Mountain" means nearby

Not only is it conditional, but in reality, wisdom arises from a pure mind. In order to purify such a place from the outside, sandalwood and other places are mentioned. Sandalwood is the sun and the moon. The word "etc." includes dirt such as urine and feces. Moreover, with the nature of Vairochana Buddha etc., the platform is made into a square and smeared. Fragrant flowers, colors and shapes, etc. are scattered, and other pleasant things such as bed sheets should also be understood there. That is a place suitable for meditation. There, sitting on a comfortable seat, sit in the vajra posture. The words "Bhagavan Manjushri should be practiced" etc. should be added. Among them, Bhagavan refers to destroying all things with mirror-like wisdom etc. Combined with those. Or, because of destroying, it is called Bhagavan, that is, destroying the four maras with non-dual wisdom. Moreover, afflictions depend on wisdom. Therefore, it is said that wisdom destroys. Combined with what, it is like that. Or, because the powerful etc. destroy unpleasantness etc., it is called Bhagavan. Combined with those, it is like that. "Manju" has already been said. "Voice" is saying, that is, it means to practice in the order to be explained below. Now, by what path order should Bodhisattva Manjushri be practiced, what is the path order, the first yoga is said to this, that is, "the first" etc. The first refers to the four times, or the first of yoga. What is the time? "Dawn" etc. are said. Dawn is when the light of dawn appears. That is only a close characteristic. Because it should also be understood at noon etc., and most of the activities are shown at that time. At that time, what should be practiced as the first of yoga? "The center of the moon in the heart", that is, in one's own heart, in the center of the moon mandala, I have become one due to long habit, becoming the cause of the four actions of the Great Brahma, emitting five colors of light.

It possesses the characteristic of unerring wisdom. That itself, from the great desire of the tantric teachings, from which all meanings arise, is the (Tibetan: མཾ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: मं, Sanskrit Romanization: mam, Chinese literal meaning: Mang) situated in red and yellow. By placing it there, the teaching was bestowed that it is the cause of compassion and so forth. Furthermore, the Vajra Holder, with the power of aspiration, said, "By merely remembering this seed syllable of mine, may compassion and so forth arise in the continuum of that sentient being," for the sake of meditating on the four immeasurables that arise from this. The term "endowed with compassion" is mentioned, compassion being the wish for sentient beings to be liberated from suffering and the cause of suffering. To keep that in mind is called "endowed." There, it is merely an approximate symbol, and love and so forth should also be understood. Among these, love is the wish to gather all beneficial happiness. Joy is being pleased with benefiting sentient beings by whatever method and sequence of paths brings the fruit to manifestation. Likewise, equanimity is not engaging in actions such as praise by meditating on the nature of profundity and vastness. Among these, compassion is like the root, and by compassion alone being the basis, all qualities greatly increase. Therefore, love is like the trunk. Joy is like the branches. Accumulating the two accumulations and so forth is like the leaves. Other yogas are like the flowers. In that yoga, the continuum of oneself and others fully ripens, like a fruit, so it is said. As it is said: Endowed with compassion and love, for the suffering of sentient beings, acting with happiness greatly increases, branches grow on the trunk, the nature of the mind is the kind, abandoning and taking are the leaves, the continuum is unbroken by aspirations, the two aspects of dependent arising, in order to ripen within one's own continuum, it is not like a pomegranate flower, for the sake of fully ripening oneself and others, one enjoys the fruit of compassion. Like this and so forth, from the bindu of liberation, the great lama spoke thus. Therefore, these four Brahma-viharas will be understood in the places below, such as "Vajra Heart You." The vastness of the Dharmadhatu will not become invisible, because it will change like flowers and fruits. Kha
