When enjoying food, in the center of the heart-moon, that is, above the moon in the heart, visualize the mandala of the wisdom-being, your own mantra, such as buṃ (Tibetan: བུཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: भुं, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: bhuṃ, literal Chinese meaning: seed syllable), etc., or just visualize maṃ (Tibetan: མཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: मं, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: maṃ, literal Chinese meaning: seed syllable), so it is said. Then, whatever the essence of your food and drink may be, like the essence of bodhicitta water, purify it through the order of wind, etc. Blazing with light from all directions, that is, cool it with oṃ (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओं, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: oṃ, literal Chinese meaning: oṃ) which has five lights. All things are equal, purify the food with non-dual mind. Then, bless it with the three suchness, making it pure. Meditate on your tongue as a vajra, and meditate on the headdress as the deity. Therefore, the body vajra, etc., that is, satisfy the deities of the heart mandala, this is what it means. Those foods and drinks, also visualize them as the five ambrosias and the five lamps, Purified by the fire of wisdom, therefore it is different from the external. Therefore it is said, with the belly of the fire of wisdom, thoroughly purified, it is better than the external. Since the yogi's enjoyment of food itself is a fire offering, the ritual of fire offering is discussed, that is, the external, etc. Among them, the external fire offering refers to the stove, ladle, ghee, and food, etc., because it depends on the external. Only a slight mention is made, because here it is written from the perspective of meditation, and because of the concern that there would be too much content, its ritual is not shown, and it should be inferred from chapter sixteen. This one arising from the mind, that is, the inner, is the samadhi of eating food, that is, the aggregates, etc., the aggregates, sense bases, and elements are all inanimate, so they are firewood. And igniting the fire of wisdom, that is, igniting with the non-dual fire of wisdom, burning the ordinary things such as the aggregates, etc., therefore it is called unsurpassed. This is not explained in detail. Therefore, this treatise speaks of the three fire offerings of outer, inner, and unsurpassed. Now it is to summarize the above, that is, etc. Like this, through the order just spoken of, what is desired, whether it is form, etc., or others, you must know that they are inseparable from the profound and clear image of the deity, and then

One should pledge, this is for the sake of listening. Such an offering, all things do not transcend, so it is a vow, which is pleasing to the Sugatas. Therefore, it is said: For all the enjoyment of desires, if one wants to show how to satisfy, then with the union of one's own deity, offer to oneself and others. Those austerities and disciplines, even if practiced, will not be accomplished. Therefore, the nature of offerings such as form is the cause of benefit, and the Shravakas, etc., are forbidden because they fall due to the power of arising attachments to form, etc. If it is not so, there is no nature other than the mind, therefore the mind itself is the mandala wheel. As mentioned above, other than the mind, there is no nature to be offered to by Ishvara, etc., therefore the Shravakas are too attached to external things, unskilled in means, and do not understand the suchness of all things. Therefore, the Sutra says: O Bhikshu, guarding the eye faculty is good. Knowing the suchness of all things, and being very stable, skilled in means, and being held by the excellent spiritual friend, after understanding the three aspects of form, one can offer to the gods. If one can enjoy all desires, thereby obtaining happiness, one can attain enlightenment. Otherwise, one will die untimely, and will surely be burned in hell. Unbearable austerities and asceticism will make the bodies of sentient beings emaciated. Suffering will distract the mind, and distraction will transfer accomplishments to other places. For those who have the nature of means and wisdom, there is nothing that cannot be done. At any time, one can enjoy the five non-existent qualities of desire. In this way, through the joy of happiness, the body will be purified. With the body purified, one can be competent in meditation. With meditation stable, one can know as it is, therefore the Sutra allows the enjoyment of the qualities of desire. Now, in order to show that the actions of body and speech are completely purified, it is said "mindfulness" etc. Mindfulness refers to arising from meditation, abiding in equanimity, and acting with the aim of benefiting beings, such as teaching the Dharma. In addition, through mindfulness abiding in equanimity, one should contemplate offering to the Sugatas with external offerings such as flowers. Knowing the actions of body etc. is the difference between ordinary people and special people. Among them, the actions of ordinary people
