It is said that conquering the forms of objects is not conquering form, but seeing its impermanence. The third has four types: practicing with aspiration, practicing with the oneness of suchness, practicing with only clarity, and practicing with the inseparability of profundity and clarity. The first of these is to manifest aspiration with the intention of benefiting beings when experiencing form, etc. For example, when a Bodhisattva sees a pleasing form, they should generate the mind like this: 'May all beings truly see the form of the Tathagata.' When seeing an unpleasant form, 'May all beings not like the suffering of samsara.' When seeing equality, 'May all beings attain equality in each and every dharma,' and so on, these are extensively explained. The noble Maitreya also said: 'As it appears to oneself, when enjoying the objects of experience, dwelling in beings, with great compassion, as it is appropriate, generate a mind of benefit for beings, through this door, diligently make aspirations.' The second is to contemplate all objects of experience with the reasoning of selflessness. The Sutra also says: 'Son of good family, a monk who recites, transforms the demons into obstacles, therefore he contemplates selflessness, thereby conquering and enjoying.' Therefore, contemplating selflessness is with the antidote of inversion, it is certainly difficult to move from the ground, but by realizing it, it can be exhausted, when unwanted fruits arise, the powerless only realize the truth. Where is evil when form, etc., are grasped by it? Therefore, for inversion, selflessness does not arise simultaneously. It is said: 'Whoever does not desire various desires, in the world of discriminating attachment, such a person desires, the world's places change in various ways, may he subdue his own mind with steadfastness.' The third is to regard form, etc., as extremely clear light as the antidote, because it is the antidote to appearing as ordinary self-nature. Therefore, only focus on the body of the Buddha, etc., to experience

It serves as an intermediary. Therefore, I do not wish to be virtuous in myself. Because by the power of the distinction of thought, that itself is the nature of virtue. Therefore, it is said. If a Bodhisattva offers all pleasures to eighty thousand Buddhas, each with eighty thousand attendants, for many eons; and some Bodhisattvas, for the sake of upholding the sacred Dharma, enjoy alms food themselves, and so on, are extensively taught. The fourth is to eliminate all discriminations and abide in the body of the Sugata, which is fully endowed with all supreme aspects and radiates light everywhere, inseparable from suchness, and equally abide in the objects of experience. That itself is the cause of true perfection, therefore it is a true offering. If there is any doubt about that (offering), thinking it is sinful, sin will increase. Therefore, by preventing ordinary people and all attachments, it is the great and true protection of Nirvana, as it is said: The guarding of the eye is good, the guarding of the nose is very good, the guarding of the tongue is good, the guarding of the body is very good, the guarding of the mind is good. O Bhikshu, you who guard well, will be liberated from all suffering. This scripture also means this. Therefore, turning away from conforming forms and so on, because the true cause is abandoned, it is not a vessel for Bodhi. If one becomes afraid of what should not be feared, it will be the cause of various sufferings. It is said: To be afraid of what should not be feared, that kind of practitioner is the cause of downfall, the cause of a great heap of sins, and because of this cause, for a very long time, the lineage will decline, and that (practitioner) will also abandon spiritual friends, and will completely abandon wisdom, and from previously unperformed virtuous deeds and this great meaning of the Dharma, that (practitioner) will fall, so it is said. Therefore, this itself makes one's own mind truly happy, so it is an offering. Because all perversions are prevented, it is protection. That itself is turning away from stinginess and so on, it is transcendence. Therefore, the yogi also acts like ordinary people. Now, the ritual of how such a yogi enjoys food is explained. Knowing the time to eat and so on. Among them, the yogi
