Everything is not separate from the mind, because both the mind and true awareness have the nature of clear space. Nor is it without distinction, for if they are not distinct from one mind, they would become one alone. If that were the case, is the mind itself one or many? It is not, because true awareness is without distinction. If it were many, it would be cognized separately, like the minds of many individuals. If that were the case, is this single mind not manifold? It is not, because the aspects that are not distinct from one mind are contradictory to being manifold themselves. Is it one or many? The aspect of difference has already been refuted. Therefore, because all of these are cognized separately by themselves, and this mind itself is also truly aware. Therefore, it is not only that there is distinction from the mind, nor is it without distinction, but it abides in such a way. Possessing these qualities, it is neither one nor does it abide as many. Therefore, like this, with the nature of having distinction and not having distinction, or the non-duality of becoming one and many, that mind is non-dual, and because it is non-dual, it is without elaboration. If that is the case, why elaborate on the mind that is without elaboration? Therefore, it is said, "Thus," and so on. The so-called "Thus" is the result of the mind that has been elaborated from the door of the gods and the door of suchness, which will become the Buddha's teachings such as the Paramitas, and will attain appearance, but not otherwise, is the concluding remark. If one meditates only on the mind, one will only attain worldly samadhi, like the sphere of infinite consciousness. However, if one meditates especially on emptiness, then that will only become complete nirvana, because it completely accomplishes the work of purifying the Buddha's teachings. Or, if one meditates only on the nature of the deities, then in that case, one will not become enlightened by that alone, because the complete work is deficient. Or, the deities

If not the deities who meditate on the suchness of the ground, even so, one will attain Buddhahood after countless eons, not quickly. Therefore, meditating on both is extremely pleasing, and through the distinction of the blessing power, one will attain unsurpassed, perfect, complete enlightenment extremely quickly. The two yogis of bindu and subtle should also meditate on suchness through extremely diligent practice, especially through faith, so it is not at the beginning, but after meditation, one should stabilize one's nature, so there is nothing lacking for them, and it is one of the excellent aspects of the king of activities, and both are for gaining control over the mind, not for accomplishing enlightenment in one's own mindstream, even so, there is no fault, this is the vow. After explaining the suchness of the deities, the activities of the Acharya should be explained, so it refers to explaining "from then on" etc. It is explained from "from then on, the supreme yoga vow" to "that is oneself." Here, the activities of the Acharya are two: the ritual of requesting accomplishments etc. is explained with five verses; the ritual of abiding is explained with three verses. Here, yoga is said to be the true union of the body. Qualities refer to faith and taming etc., and being in accordance with actions and compliance. Opening the mouth refers to the true union of the two faculties, and afterwards it should be combined with what is to be practiced below. Observing refers to the emanation mandala. After that, one should pray. Empowering with the ultimate of a person refers to empowering up to the empowerment of the Acharya, this is the vow of empowerment. What is said as "what is said" refers to the meaning of being the same as what was said before. That is, it should be manifestly recited with mantras such as the three syllables, and they should also be made to do external bathing. Oneself refers to those images etc. themselves. Like a Chakravartin refers to the vow of being like a Chakravartin. Or one should have the attire of a Chakravartin.
