Merely reciting mantras can transform into offerings to all Buddhas. If that's the case, how can inferior, non-virtuous actions done in such a way be virtuous? Wouldn't that be non-virtuous for others? That's not the case, because with the distinction of intention, the inferior action itself doesn't hold true. Because even for one object, there are different intentions, and with these distinctions, from the distinctions of the assembled causes, it transforms into the distinctions of actions. Therefore, saying that, it means saying even for one object, etc. Even for one object, through the power of conceptual thought, various forms will appear, and according to the circumstances, the distinctions of actions that liberate, cause suffering, and generate happiness will arise without omission. That is also like this: prostrating to the Buddha with a virtuous mind and with complete commitment for the sake of liberation will become liberation and the meaning of liberation. If it is completely committed for the sake of happiness, then it will become the meaning of happiness. Arising from the intention to harm or completely committing to benefit harming beings will become the cause of suffering. Therefore, because of what is like that, therefore, actions of body, etc., whether virtuous or non-virtuous, that is transformed from the distinction of conceptual thought. Therefore, the wisdom that is definitely liberated and abandoned from all untrue conceptual thoughts is, as said, the offering to all Buddhas and contemplating the benefit of all beings. Thinking, what doubt of non-virtue is there? It should be none, that is the meaning. If that's the case, because everything is doable, thinking that non-virtue is also doable is too extreme, so it is what was previously prohibited. For one who has transgressed the samaya, in order to restore the broken samaya, because one has become the master of the meaningful Vajra Mandala, on the various vajras in the heart, visualize the seed syllable kham (Tibetan: ཁཾ, Devanagari: खं, Romanized Sanskrit: khaṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: 空), thinking of the name "All Pure," contemplating that all dharmas are completely pure in their own nature, and as done before, empower oneself. The term "with giving" means possessing qualities. The term "བྱ་" means poverty. The term "one's own wheel" means the Manjushri Vajra Mandala.

Also, the so-called "session interval" means that at noon, sunset, and midnight, the complete mandala is manifested in an instant, and offerings and praises are made as before, and one should sleep when sleep is about to come. Wisdom is focused on Suchness. Compassion is the thought of benefiting sentient beings, possessing both of these, and also possessing the mudra of skillful means and wisdom. Here, according to the difference of states, there are four kinds of yogis: the beginner, the one who has a little control over wisdom, the one who has obtained freedom over wisdom, and the one who has completely obtained freedom over wisdom. In order to explain what each of these does, the following four verses are spoken. The time of rising is the time of waking up. The song of the goddess is: "The lord who dwells in the realm of sentient beings" and so on. The so-called "well-spoken first practitioner" means that the first practitioner should completely and without omission recite the ritual, the meaning of which is: after extensively manifesting the three samadhis, recitation should be performed. If one can manifest the mandala of the coarse body in an instant, but cannot manifest the subtle essence of the earth and so on, and the body vajra and so on, then those who possess the precepts and asceticism of mantras, because they have obtained its power, are therefore those who have a little control over wisdom. It should be accepted, that is, in all session intervals, the mandala is manifested in an instant, and on it, blessings are made with eyes and so on and exhortations and so on, and then pleasing, offering, praising, and preceding the enjoyment of nectar, and recitation is performed with caution. If one can manifest the mandala in an instant with the yoga of completely perfect expansion and contraction, then it is called the one who has obtained freedom over wisdom, which will also change from obtaining the descent of wisdom, not from the one who has not obtained it, so it is said to be a little. In order to move towards the ultimate fruit, the yogi should practice yoga day and night. The yogi who has achieved the ultimate benefit for himself is the one who has completely obtained freedom over wisdom, and he can benefit sentient beings merely through meditation.
