“སྐུར་སོགས་བྱས་ལ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་” means that like the peaceful Vajra, one should diligently offer with this ritual that will be explained, which is done by empowering through the stages of recitation and so on. Here, the four limbs of recitation and so on are both the fruit that is similar to its cause, and because it is manifest, it can exhaust the unfavorable side, so it is a characteristic of the word "great". Because all the deities rely on it, it is also common. Immediately after the empowerment, one should contemplate that the crowns of the Buddhas, Māmakī (Sanskrit: मामाकी), and the Sound Vajra, and the Dharma Realm Vajra Mothers are Akshobhya. Similarly, the Eye Mother and the Form Vajra Mothers are Vairochana. White Tara and the Vajra Mothers are Amitabha. Tara and the Touch Vajra Mothers are Amoghasiddhi. The Fragrance Vajra Mothers are Ratnasambhava. Thus, after the empowerment, it is the meaning of offering the wheel. “རང་གིས་བོན་གྱིས་ནི་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་” and so on are expressed by the ultimate of the offering mantra. In “གཟུགས་ལ་སོགས་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཅེས་བྱ་བ་ལ།”, form is the skandha of form, and because it is its pure aspect, it is Vairochana. The pure aspect of the skandhas of feeling and so on, Ratnasambhava and so on, all of those forms and so on that are initially present are guided by the light of their respective natures, and entering one's own body from the mouth, one should contemplate it as the mandala of light arising from the Vajra, the nature of the Bodhichitta, together with the mandala of light, in the lotus of the vidyā, as the nature of the lunar essence. “དེ་ནས་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་” means that immediately after that contemplation, with wisdom, various kinds of rays of light arise from each pore, the great rays of light fill the entire sky, and with wisdom that is inseparable from the giver and the giver and so on, one should radiate light from all places. Then, appearing from the rays of light, bodies adorned with all the immaculate ornaments, the goddesses of form and so on, in sequence, use the six root mudras such as mirrors, with pleasing and beautiful hand gestures.
