It is said that the river of existence is the continuation of existence. There, all the defilements accumulated by all the pervasive thoughts without exception are confessed according to the ritual. Not leaving out is also pervasive thought, so it is complete pervasive thought. The pervasive thoughts of self and self-belonging, etc., become the cause of afflictions such as desire. Therefore, by accumulating and gathering them, it is called accumulated by complete pervasive thoughts. Where is it? In the river of beginningless existence. It is said that this river of existence has no beginning, so it is beginningless. As the Blessed One said: Monks, there is no beginning to the cycle of existence, and its prior limit is unknowable. In front of the Buddha who has great compassion, those defilements are all confessed according to the ritual, and everything is confessed without exception. This is to say that in front of the Buddha who has great compassion, that is, in front, the defilements with the characteristics mentioned earlier, according to the ritual, in the way that the object of confession, the confessor, and the confession are unattainable, everything is confessed without exception. In order to express the joy of merit, etc., which are expressed by the word "etc.", it is said: Perfect Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, and whatever good deeds other noble ones have done, I truly rejoice in all of them, and completely dedicate them to Bodhi. This is what is said. Among them, the perfect Buddha is the lord of the mandala. Bodhisattvas are the deities in the mandala. Noble ones are those who have become Buddhas by means of transcendence. Others are Shravakas and Pratyekabuddhas. Or, the perfect Buddha is all the Buddhas, the Blessed Ones in general. Bodhisattvas are those who dwell on the ten bhumis. Noble ones are Shravakas and Pratyekabuddhas. Others are sentient beings who have great faith in the Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha. Whatever good deeds they have done, to all of them, I truly rejoice in the way that the Buddha rejoices.
