Having become the lotus vessel dwelling in the mandala of wind and fire, dwelling in it, manifestly reciting with (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Devanagari: ओम्, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ, Literal meaning: Om) that is universally appearing and luminous, and reciting what is called "the three of that," that is, (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Devanagari: ओम्, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ, Literal meaning: Om) and so on. By the equality of all dharmas, that is, emptiness, one should completely purify, and contemplate it as the nature of non-dual wisdom. Having contemplated one's own food in this way, what should one do next? "With this, the vajra of the body, etc., may all the deities be satisfied." Thus it is said, and one should also contemplate (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hum) becoming the excellent tongue of the laughing vajra. Thus, at the time of partaking of food, the ritual of offering is explained, because the yogi's partaking of food itself is the manner of offering. Compare with the external offering ritual, the so-called offering ritual is the action of the offering ritual, that is, in the manner of external offerings such as ghee. The yogi partakes of food with the mind in this way as well. The aggregates, elements, and sense bases themselves are the firewood of material nature, and if they are burned in the fire of wisdom that blazes with wisdom, then the non-dual wisdom that arises is the unsurpassed teaching and fame. This explains the three offerings, namely the external, mental, and unsurpassed offerings. Thus, in the order just explained, one should truly worship oneself with all desires, that is, form, etc., or others who have become one's own deity's form. This samaya is unanimously permitted and praised by the Sugatas. Now, having arisen from meditation, how the yogi should perform actions such as those of the body is explained, that is, by speaking the holy Dharma that is in accordance with oneself, etc., one should fully consider the benefit of beings, and with external offerings such as flowers that are in accordance with oneself, one should fully consider offering to all the Sugatas without exception, and the actions of the body, such as shaping, etc., in doing these, one should always, that is, without interruption, be well-established and possess the pride of the deity.

Similarly, how is it shown here that a Bodhisattva like a mandala wheel has no entry of non-virtue? It is said, "Like that," etc. For a mind like that, possessing the pride of one's own deity, whatever actions of body and speech are, all are said and commanded by all the perfect Buddhas to be in the form of mudras and mantras in order. How does the body, the body of the mind, and the nature of the speech of such a body transform into the form of mudras and mantras? Therefore, it is said, "Because even on one thing." For what reason, even on one single thing, does the mind accumulate various kinds of pervasive thoughts, and thus many differences of actions arise? Therefore, whatever action is of the nature of virtue or non-virtue arises under the power of the mind, it is said. Therefore, it is said that the Bhagavan is the cause of both the accumulation of merit and the accumulation of sin. The meaning of this is: Those who burn their intelligence with the fire of the heretic Shanti Muk, if they despise the Buddha Bhagavan, will go to hell; those who rely on the dust of the lotus feet of the virtuous spiritual friend, completely dispel the darkness of ignorance, and whose intelligence becomes completely pure, will go to higher realms; those who have great faith in the Buddha Bhagavan and cultivate the path shown by him, will become vessels for any of the three enlightenments according to their cultivation. Therefore, even on one single thing, suffering, happiness, and liberation arise from the differences of actions accomplished by various pervasive thoughts, therefore they are called suffering, happiness, and liberation, and many differences of actions that generate and accomplish them will arise. For what reason will it arise like that? Therefore, body, etc., that is, the virtuous and non-virtuous actions of body, speech, and mind, are under the power of the mind.
