Because those that move are beings, and those that do not move are inanimate, all things with and without bodies are self-existent. And it is observed as form, etc., and the essence of the nature of self-existence, whatever exists in it, is called: the essence of self-existent form, etc., observed. That is to say, even if one's own continuum is observed as form, etc., although the meaning of external objects has disappeared, it still arises from one's own habits. Or, the grasped and the grasper do not help each other, this is called self-existence. So, how should these classifications of form, etc., be viewed? It has been said, "the essence of what is observed," because the essence of what is observed itself has this nature, so all these forms, etc., are the nature of what is observed. This is an established tenet, so in ultimate truth, it is impossible to distinguish anything from anything else. That is to say, all these three realms are like illusions, etc., just as it is said. And, in order to purify conceptual thought, one should strive, just as it is said. In the latter tantra of the glorious Chakrasamvara, it is also said: Because conceptual thoughts are completely pure, therefore conceptual thoughts are also correctly proclaimed. Etc., just as it is said. Although this is the case, because it is in accordance with the cycle of delusion of conceptual thought that is manifestly attached to external objects, it is called an ordinary person. Therefore, those who desire liberation must completely turn away from manifest attachment to external objects, and must also abide in their respective natures. Conceptual thought that abides in one's own nature, because it is a faultless fruit, will obtain the name of being called pure.

As it is said, it also definitely shows that one must strive to prevent the conceptualization of looking outward. Because for conceptualization, there is no other fault except attachment to the outside, so liberation from conceptualization is the cause of all perfections, because it is a special conceptualization. If so, then the establishment of samsara and nirvana, all of these are merely the nature of examination, so it can be used as an example of the reason for establishing non-existence. That is, such a thing is the same and similar to the city of Gandharvas. For example, even if the outer city of Gandharvas disappears due to being close to rivers and mountains, white houses, horses and elephants, and people, etc., will appear separately to beings like illusions. Similarly, even if it has disappeared in the nature of the taker, etc., the appearance of the taker, etc., will arise from the habits of beginningless time. Or, the city of Gandharvas is called a false nature, so it is widely known in the world, so it can be used as an example. For example, the city of Gandharvas does not exist, but it will appear, similarly, samsara and nirvana should be viewed in the same way. Therefore, it is shown by an example similar to the city of Gandharvas. In order to show its difference, it is said, "All moving and non-moving things," etc. Moving things are people, etc., and non-moving things are mountains, etc., that is, the collection of things that includes moving and non-moving things is called "all moving and non-moving things." Therefore, these internal and external self-natured things are not truly existent if carefully examined. As it is said, "There is nothing certain about the various things that appear inside and outside." etc. This is also because if it is not examined, it will be considered pleasing, so it is the nature of the conventional. If it is not examined, then the pleasing, having the nature of arising and ceasing, able to accomplish meaningful things.

It is said that self-nature is conventional truth. Such and so on are the meanings spoken of. Therefore, there is no contradiction in the previously mentioned deity bodies and so on abiding in their own mantras, which is a summary. Furthermore, since it shows that there is no grasper, etc., it is placing one's own mind in one's own mind, and it should be viewed as like fire abiding in fire, etc. If, as previously stated, since there are no holders, etc., all things are without self-nature, if that is the case, how is samsara established? How is liberation from it established? Therefore, I and mine, etc., are spoken of. The dualistic conceptualization of I and mine is called the conceptualization of I and mine. If it is said that there is no I, etc., then it appears to them, which is the meaning of this. Its stream is a constant flow. Its nature, etc., self-nature is samsara. In that place, when abiding in this way, although it is like a Gandharva city, due to the inverted confusion about things, in samsara it is samsara. In this and other lives, although there is no samsara of birth in the happy realms, etc., it still appears to fools in that way, and so on. Purification is also, knowing and realizing the stream of conceptualization of I and mine, its non-inversion, its own nature alone, that is to say, when, from the mind completely separated from grasping, etc., when falsely clinging to I and mine, etc., it is samsara. When, that is to say, when freed from falsely clinging to I and mine, etc., the ultimate reality of its own nature, that is the king of mind, that is completely pure, liberation from the inverted confusion of I and mine is purity, it should be known as so-called liberation, this is the conclusion. Also, how is it here? In the phenomena that appear, peace, and the nature of existence, etc., due to the nature of reality. Thus, in emptiness, by what means is the difference between abandoning samsara and seeking nirvana, there is not the slightest bit of it, because both are emptiness. Precisely because of this, the teacher Nagarjuna
