It is because it is the basis of becoming three. Therefore, it is called one's own mind power. It also possesses various rays of light of one's own mantra, a collection of five-colored rays of light, various kinds of burning. One's own means the root mantra of one's own deity. Life is the wind of exhaling and inhaling. Its effort is restraint, and with it, do not over-restrain, not restraining the senses, is the way of counting breaths and remembering inhalation as said before, making the mind stable. To be clear means, do not bend, increase, and completely separate, do not be long, do not be slow, nor be suppressed by the inhalation and exhalation of breath, not the loud sound produced by the senses and effort is not clear, recite with Vajra speech. Vajra speech is abandoning sound. It is said like this. In this tantra, the characteristics of the wrathful deity's recitation are explained. The oath of the wrathful deity is wisdom, the sound of one's own Vajra mandala, the words of the mantra are heard, this is what is said to be the recitation of the wrathful deity. It is said like this. Om is a measure of two and a half. The letter Ah is a measure of two. The seed syllable Hum in the heart is a measure of three and a half. To proceed in order is, starting from the seed syllable of the body Vajra, up to the mantra of the heart Vajra. Together means, together at the same time from the letters Om and Ah and the letter Hum, like the five Tathagatas, the wheel of deities should be developed. Do not develop one in order and then develop another below it. It is also said like this in the tantra, the development of all mantras, there are two kinds of differences, in order or together. It is said like this. Therefore, in an instant, like a collection of rays of light, develop the assembly of Tathagatas. Equal to the amount of space means, with the body of the five Tathagatas such as the body Vajra, like a sesame pod, fill the entire amount of space, like before, flowers, incense, fragrance, jewel lamps, and emerging from the tip of the light produced from the letter Mam

One should properly offer various offerings such as ground cloths. "Everywhere" means to make offerings immediately after emitting light. Completely hidden means embracing. "Supreme vidyās" refers to the eyes and so on. The bliss of great joy that arises from that, because it descends and is controlled by others, therefore seeing the union of all the victorious ones reaching the ultimate joy, and contemplating, being charming, playing, doing the benefit of beings with various postures, and then placing the vajra seed of one's own mind within it. "End" means that when each mantra is completely recited, it is also said in the tantras: "The mantra should be joyful when recited, and should be gathered when completed." And "Gather with the seed of the mind." etc. In order to rest when tired from meditation and recitation, "one's own essence" etc. is said. One's own essence is the meaning of one's own mantra. It is necessary to understand this, that is, to expand and contract, and to abide firmly, and the boredom that arises from this makes the mind unable to function, and the mind becomes discouraged, completely exhausted from recitation and meditation. When the yogi's mind becomes discouraged, the assembly of vidyā goddesses such as the eyes truly encourage and awaken him with songs, and then, as before, offer and meditate with the wheel of the mandala. In order to perform the nourishing yoga for those whose bodies have become weak due to meditation, "good mind" etc. is said. Good mind refers to the nectar that descends from the stream of the water of bodhicitta that has been completely meditated upon, which revives the actions of the body and eliminates discouragement. That is, visualize a moon disc spread on a place about a span high, marked with the syllable (ཨོཾ,唵,oṃ,Om). With the hook of the light of breath and effort, that is, by remembering the previously mentioned exhalation and inhalation, draw the stream of nectar and visualize it descending on the top of the head. Visualize that nectar moistening every subtle part of one's own body, all the way to the soles of the feet,
