Although similar to the five, in the right hand of the Light Essence is the wish-fulfilling jewel banner. In the right hand that dispels obscurations is the peaceful mudra. Samantabhadra is similar to Vajrasattva. Although eyes and forms, etc., are different and not explained separately in verses, these should be visualized starting from the east gate, circling to the northeast corner, on various lotuses, on a lunar disc, seated in the bodhisattva posture. Those called Yaman, etc., are referred to as Yamāntakṛta (Tibetan: ཡ་མཱནྟ་ཀྲྀ་ཏ, Sanskrit Devanagari: यमन्तकृत, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: yamāntakṛta, literal Chinese meaning: Yama Ender), and the Lord of Death should be expelled. That is, "Endless terrifying light, pervading all directions." This means possessing a collection of immeasurable and unbearably terrifying blazing lights. "The unbearable end of time, the color of a cloud wheel." This means possessing a dark luster like the color of clouds at the end of an eon. The King of Hearts is Akshobhya. Those whose forms are the same as him are dark blue in color, and the other two faces are also the same, appearing as fierce and violent lights of the Yama-destroying lineage, radiating and emitting immeasurably and boundlessly. Since they have the posture of taking the life of the Lord of Death, Yama is ended, and extremely fierce snakes, etc., bind the hair, and are used as necklaces, bracelets, and feet, etc., thus adorning the limbs of the body, possessing the glory of subduing the unsubduable. Therefore, naturally becoming the first essence, one should contemplate the sun disc at the east gate. Those called Prajñān, etc., with mantras such as Prajñāntakṛta (Tibetan: པྲཛྙཱ་ནྟ་ཀྲྀ་ཏ, Sanskrit Devanagari: प्रज्ञान्तकृत, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: prajñāntakṛta, literal Chinese meaning: Prajna Ender), one should expel the wrathful deities that cannot be overcome by others. Called Supreme Light, it is like the radiance of the ultimate wisdom, and the Vajra of the Body Called face, hands, implements, and body color are similar to Vairochana, but my lama believes that the wheel should be visualized in this deity's left hand. Furthermore, the fierce one is extremely fierce and violent because he subdues Vishnu. Those called Padma, etc., are called Padmāntakṛta (Tibetan: པདྨཱནྟ་ཀྲྀ་ཏ, Sanskrit Devanagari: पद्मान्तकृत, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: padmāntakṛta, literal Chinese meaning: Padma Ender).

The mantra should be recited to generate Hayagriva. Furthermore, the assembly of light rays, like the edge of a lotus, covers and pervades the circles of the directions. It appears extremely blazing like the fire of the great destruction at the end of an eon. Hands and so forth are like the vajra of speech. It is said that the face, hands, and hand implements are like Amitabha. Brahma and the youth Kundraketu, etc., subdue many evils. The face is extremely terrifying, causing fear in beings. With the great laughter of a wrathful deity, laughing "Haha," it holds mountains like Tise (Mount Kailash). The Thubpa Wangpo (Sage King) residing there, Kundraketu and others, who are renowned in the world as Thubpa Wangpo, by what are they annihilated and illuminated? One should contemplate this as the western gate. To "Vighnan" (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, literal meaning), etc., the mantra "Vighnantakrita" (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, literal meaning) should be recited to generate the swirling nectar. The hero is the one who destroys the obstacles, such as the Lord of Hosts. The fire at the end of time is the fire of destruction at the end of an eon. Like that, the fierce and violent wrathful deity emanates a retinue similar to itself. Likewise, the noble face, etc., is equal to Akshobhya. It is said that the face, hands, hand implements, body color, and mind are like a vajra. One should contemplate this as the northern gate. For Vairochana and so forth, Vairochana is on the crest of the Lord of Death. Akshobhya is on the crest of the Edge of Wisdom. Amitabha is on the crest of the Edge of the Lotus. Akshobhya is on the crest of the Edge of Obstacles. One should contemplate in this order. The Lord of Death holds a cleaver in his right hand, the Edge of Wisdom holds a staff, the Edge of the Lotus holds a lotus, and the Edge of Obstacles holds a vajra, also contemplating in this order. Some say that because it is called a vajra, one should contemplate it as a variegated vajra. Furthermore, these in order are associated with the four goddesses: Ro Langma (Corpse Raiser), She Who Cannot Be Overcome, Wrathful Mother, and One-Hair Mother. One should contemplate them as abiding in union, and all are abiding with the left leg extended, on a sun disc on top of a variegated lotus, with bared fangs.
