The term "everything" means that there is no dharma other than one's own awareness. When it arises, it is external; when it enters, it is internal; and when it abides, both are without substance. Moreover, one will realize the meaning of the twelve links of interdependent origination, including aggregation and elimination. What are these? They are illusions, and so on. An illusion appears due to the power of assembled conditions, but it does not actually exist. A mirage appears as wind in a desert, but it does not exist. An echo sounds from rocks and sounds, but it does not exist. A fire wheel appears like a wheel, but it is not so. A delusion appears as a person or a snake, but it is not so. A city of gandharvas appears as waves rising from the ocean, and when slightly connected to rivers and mountains, it appears as cities and white houses, but it does not exist. A water bubble arises from water during rain, but it does not exist. Optical illusions, due to the influence of the beautiful name "Pan Asho," appear as if determined by others, but they are not so. An image appears dependent on a mirror and the center of the face, but it does not exist. The moon in water appears in many waters such as rivers and ponds, but it does not exist. The word "etcetera" includes dreams and rainbows, and so on. To what extent do they share the same fate? They share the same fate as the ten powerful grounds. That is, the bodhisattvas abiding on the tenth ground, the cloud of dharma, possess immeasurable qualities such as transformation. Sharing the same fate with them means that wisdom and power are attained. At that time, all sentient beings arise together with the wind, and therefore abide naturally. Thus, yogis strive diligently in natural recitation. This is for beginners and others to learn. To show that one cannot realize without instructions, it says, "This," and so on. Even if mantras are recited, it is because all sentient beings arose together with the wind in the beginningless time. Therefore, even if one abides in vajra recitation, one will not realize it without being guided by a guru. To completely abandon attachment to external objects, it is said, "That is truly real," and so on. The so-called interval of meditation refers to focusing on rosaries and sounds, which leads to mental distraction.
