With ladles and other implements for pouring large quantities of butter, perform fire offerings a hundred, a thousand, or immeasurable times. In this way, perform fire offerings according to the rituals described from one's own conceptualization, until completed. With the essence of the lineage, enhance splendor by offering butter three, seven, or twenty-one times, and then again perform ablutions and offerings. After that, perform smoke offerings and torma offerings as before, urge for the sake of pacification, request forgiveness, and after doing all of that, just as it is, request one's own deity and the fire god to depart. This is a brief explanation of manifest conduct.//The hearth for all activities is also the same as the hearth for pacification, however, it has a mouth with the appearance of an open lotus, surrounded by a chain of vajras, marked in the center by the hand seal of a wheel residing in the center of vajras, jewels, lotuses, and various vajras. The order of the substances to be burned should be made to correspond to the activities of pacification and so forth. However, the fuel sticks for all activities are: made from palasha, praksha, udumbara, sengdeng, arga, nyagrodha, chekangakata, amra, shami, kshmarajya, apamarga, and ashvattha. Each one has a single tip, is straight and about a span high, soaked in fragrant water with nectar. Two tips with leaves, two tips smeared with butter. In the mandala or temple, to the east is the hearth for pacification and the hearth for subjugation. To the south is for increase. To the west is for attraction. To the north is the hearth for manifest conduct. That is the ritual of fire offering.//Having thus shown the ritual of fire offering, now for the sake of introducing the disciple, it is said, "By the union of Vairochana," and so forth. Make the disciple into Vairochana with the three letters beginning with Om (藏文:ཨོཾ,梵文天城体:ओम्,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡), bless them with these same three letters as is appropriate to the place, introduce them to the mandala of the body according to the ritual spoken from the mandala of the mind, contemplate the great bliss residing in the center of the navel located in their heart, and the letter arising from the movement of their perfect union, ཨ

Āḥ. Visualize a red color, residing on a red moon disc in the areas of the head, neck, and heart. Also, visualize that the collections of red rays emanating from there pervade his entire body. The meaning of "to hold the vajra" is that the body should be blessed by the vajra. This clearly indicates that in the mandalas such as the heart vajra, the disciple should also be visualized as the lord of the mandala arising from the three letters, and blessed with the three letters. The letter Āḥ (आः, āḥ, Ah) should be visualized as if just vanished. To show this, it is said, "Great Victorious Vajrasattva." It means that the disciple, visualized as the form of the lord of the heart mandala, should contemplate that the glorious Vajrasattva blesses the body, etc. It should also be visualized as other forms. Among them, "This is" etc. are the mantra of five letters spoken to introduce into the great mandala. "This is" refers to what was just said. Because it is what all Tathagatas cannot transgress, it is all the vows. Because it blesses the disciple into the nature of the desired deity's form, which is the nature of body, speech, and mind, it is the essence of body, speech, and mind. Because it is the nature of immutable wisdom, it is the vajra. Because it is the nature of knowing and protecting, it is the mantra. In the neck, head, roots of the right and left hands, and heart, etc., of the disciple who possesses the five natures, arrange each letter residing in the heart mandala in order, and introduce by reciting it, and also introduce the disciple. For the purpose of empowerment, it is said, "To him, this is" etc., because the immutable state is obtained, it is the vajra. Because it is superior to the higher and higher tantras, it is great. Because it completely washes away all the faults and stains of conceptualization, it is great. It should not be shown to those who rely on conduct and other methods.
