Is the steadfast mind. The so-called "steadfast mind" refers to having a firm mind that believes that if one definitely practices, everything will be accomplished. This is because of practicing the conduct of a lion. From then on, there, the king of trees, by the splendor of the practicing hero, due to the fear of the oath, the food will become good and be given. If one transgresses the oath, even if one is like a Buddha, the god of the forest, one will become fierce because one has violated the oath that is said to be as unbreakable as the Vajra letters. The so-called "goddess" and so on, is merely for understanding, however, the wrathful deities and so on mentioned earlier, are hooked with ropes and iron hooks, and one should practice asceticism together with the vidyadharas who practice. For the sake of the wisdom of body Vajra and so on, the Tathagatas relied solely on this in the past, therefore it is relying on the wisdom of the three Vajras. The so-called "this" and so on, is what was just said. Through all the mantras, if one meditates on the great bliss arising from the perfect union of all the deities, because one can attain great status, it is the great secret method. Because it is the very cause of generating body Vajra and so on, the three Vajra wheels will arise. For that very reason, one can enter well into the Buddha's enlightenment. Because he shows the wisdom of suchness of the vidyadhara's practice of the oath, he is called glorious Vajrasattva. For the sake of all accomplishments, in the indivisible and manifest place of the mandala, because one must accomplish enlightenment in all ways, it is Vajra Abhisambodhi. Whoever has that name is the mandala of all accomplishments, Vajra Abhisambodhi. The explanation of the sixteenth chapter is completed. The sixteenth chapter, the explanation of the chapter called "The Mandala of All Accomplishments, Vajra Manifestly Perfect Enlightenment."
