Those who possess the nature of the sacred ground of the Great Supreme Mother! The letter ཛྷཻཾ, which resides in the fire wheel, is the fourth, namely the sacred ground. "By the Vajra Accomplishers" means by those whose minds have become steadfast. What will happen if done in this way? Therefore, it is said, "Always accomplish," which is the great bliss without diminution. "All the rituals" means making the mind steadfast and abiding supremely, and so on. In another way, if the deity does not descend into a suitable vessel, then people will only be harmed. Regarding ཛྷཻཾཿ, etc., by the letter ཛྷཻཾ moving the wind wheel, it moves, that is, rises upwards, and abiding in the great powerful wheel like gold, it becomes stiff when pressed, and abiding in the water wheel, the movement of the red color itself, and so on, this is called the oral instruction. "The realm of space is without mind," etc., shows the excellence of the power of union. Regarding "one cubit," etc., Vajra, that is, illuminated and blazing with the wisdom of the three families such as Amitabha, therefore it is the Vajra King, that is, glorious Vajrasattva. Therefore, especially, what is stimulated by the previously mentioned union practices is what the Vajra King intensely stimulates. "Will leap" means will rise upwards. Regarding "everything as before," etc., it shows that everything up to requesting the descent by the yoga itself of Amitabha, etc., should be done. Thus, having shown the ritual of descending into a suitable vessel, now, in order to destroy the wicked, the contemplation of the Holy Nectar Swirl is shown. Starting from "Then," etc., it should be connected to "declared." The meaning of "Vajra Holder," etc., has already been explained. Since the three places of Dharma, enjoyment, and the Emanation Body are all pure, the three body places are completely pure. "This" means abiding in the heart. "Declared" means spoken. Even by one who is not one-pointed, means even by a yogi who is involved in many activities and has not received instructions. "By steadfast asceticism" means the enemy is cut off.
