In the right hands of Ratnasambhava (the Jewel-born Buddha), there are the wish-fulfilling jewel, the vajra, and the wheel. The second of the left hands holds a lotus. Similarly, in the case of Amoghasiddhi, in the root hand on the right is a sword, in the second is a variety of vajras, and in the third on the left is a lotus. Likewise, everything should be understood through the distinction of family. Where there is no harm of distinction, one should hold a parbu, Dharma robes, a staff and a skull cup, and various supreme weapons. By holding such things, one will again attain accomplishment. From the union of body, speech, and mind, all the deities have three faces. Because it is the nature of the eight liberations, likewise, all hand symbols are held. Because they are the principal lords of the three families, the vajra, the wheel, and the lotus are the hand symbols held in the right hands. The remaining ones are different in meaning on the left, and various hand symbols are held; everything is accomplished separately. From the meaning of the scriptures and from the oral instructions, the sword is held in the left hand. Even ordinary sentient beings appear to hold the sword in their left hand. Those also do what is to be done; through habit, there is nothing that should not be done. The ritual is very extensive! The Bhagavan also said, "It is the treasure of all attainments; relying on the intention and prophecy, whatever one's mind is capable of, one should do it that way." Thus it was said, and my ability is also like that. "To all sentient beings," and so forth, is easy to understand. Namkha Dorje (Space Vajra) is the glorious protector. His eye is the eye of wisdom, or the yogi of one's own vidya-mantra is led to the place of the vajra. This is yellow at this time; this is an oral instruction. "Black" refers to the time of true union with Akshobhya. Therefore, Mamaki is the nature of two families. The eye of speech, as has just been said, is called white. The utpala marked with a vajra is the Vajra Utpala, and because it is held there, it is the Vajrotpaladhara (Vajra Utpala Holder), namely, the noble Tara. In the great wrathful one, and so forth, the fierce one is Vajrabhairava, and those are the same, so it is the fierce, excellent light. Causing fear to all sentient beings.

Because it makes even fear fearful, it is said to be "the fear of fear." "Invincible by others" and so on are easy to understand. The great wrathful one, Hayagriva, etc., blazing like the fire at the end of an eon, is similar to the flames of the time of destruction. Subduing evil with his feet means that he dwells having subdued Brahma, the nature of the skandha-mara. One with union should always contemplate, which means practicing the yoga of the great Vajradhara or the yoga of Amitabha, and as before, correctly extracting from all yogas, thereby separating the sentient beings' realm from the skandha-mara, then summoning them into one's own body, transforming them all, and contemplating oneself as the noble Hayagriva, this is its meaning. Vajra immortality, etc., vajra burning is hatred, it is the same as that. The body color etc. of those not mentioned are specifically shown by Takkī Yeshe, because "Takkī truly speaks of desire," therefore the sound of Takkī refers to desire. That itself is the form of the wisdom wrathful one, therefore it is the great wrathful one. The three faces cause fear, etc., refers to the three faces of the nature of body vajra etc. causing fear to ordinary bodies etc. Because it is the most excellent of all diligent practitioners, therefore it is the mighty one. Because it completely destroys all the darkness of ignorance of all sentient beings, therefore it is the dispeller of darkness of the three realms. Destroys all evil, which means destroying the four maras and those who slander the lama, etc. Three weeks etc. have already been said. Because he is the one who holds the blue vajra kila, therefore he is the one with the blue kila. Because it makes the evil residing in the three realms fearful, therefore it is the fear of the three realms. Because it possesses the facial limbs arising from body, speech, and mind, therefore the three faces arise from the three vajras. Because it blazes with the light of its own nature that burns all the firewood of afflictions, therefore it is the blazing one.
